We are absolutely delighted with the work that Derek and his guys did for us which included the removal of a hawthorn hedge and replacement fencing. Top quality materials (fence posts guaranteed for 25 years) professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and hard working workforce that turned up on time and did everything they said they would do and more, an absolute credit to you Derek. Derek and Georgie carried out an extension to our existing patio and found an almost match to the existing slab. Derek and his team did an excellent job with our back garden. We were very impressed with how thorough he was in the beginning and talked us through the whole project and what would be expected. We had some idea of what we wanted, and Derek helped us shape this and provide his own ideas of what we could do, which we really valued. It took us a long time to get him booked in (5 months, so book well in advanced), but when he confirmed a date, the work was completed in good time and completed with excellent quality. He was conscious of doing an excellent job, but also considered the implications of the decisions too. For example, we asked for an area to be covered in patio slabs, and Derek mentioned that we also need to consider the drainage required for such a job. He factored this into the work, and given the rain we have had over the past couple of months, we've been very thankful of the knowledge he had to ensure that the job is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. We would highly recommend Derek to others and will happily use him again.

Very happy, throughout the process Simon's only concern was that I was happy with the work, rather than making money. As soon as he finished the job he said if there are any issues with the work let me know, and indeed as soon as I texted him about an issue, I had a response within 10 minutes. It's so refreshing not having to chase people! The issue was nothing to do with his work, rather it was Redrow (house builder's) poor workmanship, that became visible after Simon's job. Nevertheless, he came round promptly and tidied it up free of charge.

I was looking to create a new herbaceous border but wasn’t sure where to start. I was recommended to Hythe Garden Landscapes and I have been so pleased with the service provided. The team have excellent knowledge of plants and were able to recommend, source and plant some excellent specimens for me which will provide interest and colour throughout the year. They also tidied up the rest of my garden and provided additional plants where required. I will be asking them back to maintain the garden as and when required. Our garden was an overgrown mess ever since we moved in with low quality soil and rubbish and rubble left over from the original house build and to our shame several years of neglect. Andy and team drew up a lovely low maintenance design to let us keep control but still get us some greenery and colour. Improved the soil, removed the rubbish paving laid by the developer and replaced with new patio and built out the raised beds and planted out borders. Quoted 3 weeks to carry out the work, but was completed to an excellent standard in 2 and to our budget. Very much looking forward to seeing it start to bloom in the spring and summer and such a relief to no longer have a horrendous eyesore staring at us through the windows. Excellent attention to detail and personal service. Thoroughly recommend.

We highly recommend Haywood Landscapes from start to finish a wonderful, friendly, professional company to deal with in every aspect. This place is an absolute gem of a find! We weren't aware of it until a Google Map search for something to do on the weekend (Ironically). Such a beautiful place to visit - the grounds are stunning. There was a vintage car show going on too, so that was an unexpected bonus. Well worth a visit 🙂

Forklift driver Luke thanks for unloading me quickly well stocked garden centre helpful staff went and had a coffee and bread pudding and in my opinion not enough mixed spice not mixed properly as you can still see the white bread and because there wasn’t enough spice it was very light inside not enough moisture apart from thank you enjoyed walking around

Very impressed!!! Have not been to Meadow Grange for a little while but have to say it was superb. Excellent selection of garden bits and pieces, plants, Christmas decorations and a lovely little food and drink selection. The new coffee shop offers a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Would definitely recommend and will ve going back again soon.

An excellent way to spend a happy morning/ afternoon with a wide range of garden related products plus the healthy plants which are arranged systematically. The cafe restaurant serves good food and looks onto a sunny terrace. The staff are knowledgeable and want to do their best for you. Even when I had a problem with a purchased plant, the site manager Paul was happy to discuss and exchange.

I attended a holly wreath making evening tonight at Meadow Grange as a present from my daughter and I could not fault it. It was run by Peter and Wayne who were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a drink of our choice at the beginning of the night and there were plenty of picks available for all tastes to put on the wreaths.It was my first time attending and I will definitely be booking for next year. The evening was topped off by lovely mince pies and chocolate orange cake!

We have used Oakleigh now for a number of years. Our back garden was beautifully transformed using Victor's innovative design plan. This was reduced to practice by project manager Mark and his team who worked professionally throughout the pandemic. With the expert help of their carpenter and electrician, they delivered the desired hard landscaping that was subsequently finished off with well-chosen planting schemes. We then used Oakleigh again to provide a new porous ashphalt drive at the front. Stuart, Mark and team did a great job and Rebecca was a star in the office, co-ordinating the entire project.

Recently I contacted Oakleigh Manor to ask what I could do about post rot that I had to the green oak posts of my Gazebo. They suggested staddle stones and this work has been carried out. What a absolute fabulous job they did. Mark, Oakleigh's carpenter, attended and carried out the work to perfection. Not only was his work exceptional, he was a total pleasure to speak to, clean, tidy and professional. I cannot fault Oakleigh Manor and would highly recommend them for any garden design projects you have, or indeed carpentry, as I required. I hope to be able to employ Oakleigh Manor in the future. It was just wonderful, as a single woman, to have a job which I cared about a great deal carried out with professionalism and skill, with no stress and worry.
