I have been in the hobby for nearly 10 years. Building my pond myself. After numerous issues over the years I decided to have a new pond built properly. After finding Dave from a recommendation by Tim waddington, I knew within 5 mins of talking to Dave he was the man for the job. I cannot recommend Dave and ponds northwest highly enough. Dave and his team do work to the highest of standards using only the best materials. And when it’s all finished you’ll have the pond of dreams.

Had my pond relined by Dave and his team. Couldn't be happier, My koi and sturgeon were all removed and held in a seperate Holding tank safely , pond emptied and relined , existing pond water was returned to keep my levels ok and fish returned safely all in a day . No mess ,no fuss just a great job and service 👏. Made up with it and will be using Dave for regular maintenance visits from now on. O and Daves a cracking fella , no question was a problem and a joy to deal with . Thanks 👍

Absolutely a five star service, from Carla who picked up my job on Checkatrade, appreciated the urgency of my Dad's job due to ill health and needing to quickly get his house on the market and who stayed in touch with warm and helpful WhatsApps messages, to David who contacted Dad to arrange a visit and Jake who did an amazing job (in the rain, bless him), transforming Dad's pond and water feature after two years of neglect. It looks like new and the house is now on the market : ) I would definitely use again and highly recommend this lovely company to anyone needing pond cleaning or repairs. Two very happy customers!

After battling with our tiny fish pond for years, I decided enough was enough, I wanted a proper fish pond. So I set about finding a company who came really well rated; every koi dealer I spoke to told me “go and speak to Dave, he’s the best around”. They weren’t wrong. Our new pond far exceeds what we’d hoped for, it’s absolutely stunning and unrecognisable from the one we had. The standard of workmanship is simply mindblowing. Dave’s boys are a credit to him, proper grafters, polite and always working with a smile and a laugh. We cannot wait until Spring to plant Japanese acers around the pond and seeing how it all matures. I can’t recommend Ponds Northwest highly enough and will be booking them for a maintenance visit next year. Cheers guys!

Initially I was a little disappointed with some of the installation work but reached out to NW Ponds. They really do want their customers to be pleased with any work carried out and so reacted quickly and went full out to promptly rectify the minor issues.
My pond looks great now and I am very pleased with the end result and total after sales customer care and service provided.

They are knowledgeable and also gave some great tips and advice in maintaining my koi pond.
