We recently bought a fridge and freezer from T C Hayes and commend them for excellent customer service. The salesman and receptionist were great at communicating with us. We had a pre assessment for the American fridge followed a few days later by installation. Four men attended and were really respectful of the house ensuring new flooring wasn’t damaged. All rubbish and old goods were removed. We highly recommend.
I brought my washing machine from TC Hayes the price was good on the day of purchase they disconnected my old washing machine took it away reconnect my new washing machine made sure that it was in work order all within a 3 hour period of my purchase brilliant service 👍
We bought a new television two weeks ago. It ws delivered promtly set up with the mimimum of fuss by two helpful staff and then they took the old one away. Brilliant. We love supporting a local shop too.
