Richard came at short notice to fit a new plug on my portable heater which had short circuited. He did the work in minutes and provided excellent customer service. Very amiable. Would definitely recommend. Very pleased.

Rich and his team fitted 50 individual down lights throughout my home upgrading to new LED units which are fabulous. They also fixed a large chandelier and faulty dimmer switch and also fitted numerous LED under cupboard tubes. Rich even came up with a brilliant solution for our outdoor lighting needs and fitted a kinetic remote light that frames the rear garden perfectly. They even cleaned up after themselves. Rich got back to me almost immediately after submitting my enquiry, and visited as soon as he was able. Quickly diagnosed the problems and completed the work to a great standard. Great customer service; will absolutely be using RJW again in the future.

Needed an electrician at short notice to take down and replace some light fittings. Richard was helpful and responsive and provided a quote the same day. The workmen came out within 2 days and carried out the job very efficiently, whilst also taking great care with the chandeliers. They even made the effort to cover up an unsightly screw adjacent to the new ceiling rose. Professional service at a reasonable price (different to previous experiences!)- would highly recommend.
