Andy is fantastic. He did some work for me last year and the communication and overall service was very professional so when I had a power cut today I contacted Andy straight away. Andy rang me back and talked me through what to do with the fuse board over the phone. Within 5mins the problem was sorted and the power back on, saving me the cost of a callout fee. Andy came to two of my HMO properties during September, I had to have emergency lighting done to one house, an EICR, and smoke alarm Landlord certificates, and PAT testing. The other property just a EICR certificate. On both houses I had a few problems which Andy sorted out quickly and efficiently.
