I called Nick out when I lost all power earlier this evening. He was kind and reassuring on the phone and arrived quickly. He was professional and courteous and happily engaged with my inquisitive kids. He worked quickly to get my power back. He explained everything really well and I felt I paid a very fair fee for the work and the call out. I'd highly recommend.

I contacted Nick when I had a problem with my old fuse box and electrics in my new house, turns out I needed a full rewire but Nick was very reassuring and broke everything down in layman’s terms about everything he was going to do. He went through the plan room by room before giving me a quote, making me feel like I was in control, even though I was quite clueless! I was able to choose exactly where I wanted new lights and sockets to go, and during the rewire Nick was always happy to answer any questions I had and was always available to chat. He regularly checked in and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. Because of Nick and Anthony, my new house is now electrically safe, I have an updated consumer unit, I have nice new spotlights in the living room and I now even have two new radiators in the bedrooms, courtesy to his plumber. Both Nick and Anthony were professional and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Would highly recommend

We had an issue with the RCD tripping late on a Saturday afternoon. This affected all the kitchen appliances and we were unable to cook the evening meal. We contacted Simon and he came round straight away. He was very methodical and patient in finding and fixing the fault and took the time to explain what he was doing. Friendly, professional and reliable - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Simon came to help with the install of my EV charger. Great service and communication. Would 100% recommend.

He's brilliant, friendly, professional - and an amazing problem solver - even if it means he has to stay until 8pm on a Friday night to do the job properly. Much of his brilliance gets hidden behind the walls when he's done, but trust me, it's there. Best electrician I've ever had the pleasure to work with. And very reasonably priced. All in all, a great professional and a nice man. Highly recommend.

We have had Simon out to the house on four separate occasions - and he is excellent!! As first time buyers he’s helped us sort out a multitude of issues - we had a faulty oven, a faulty fuse box and broken sockets - he’s fixed it all no problem. Not only is he clearly very skilled but he also took special care not to damage my GFs new carpets and explained everything to me every step of the way. Top guy! Called Matt at Etech Electrical Contractors Ltd to power up my mini fuse board from the main electric meter and test my new build extension wiring. The price was very competitive and Matt came and done the job on the date and time requested. 10 out of 10 for workmanship and cleansenss. Will be using Matt again.

We use ElectraPlumb for all the electrical jobs and the general handyman stuff which inevitably comes up in any home. Kevin is prompt, friendly and fantastic value for money. Because we trust him, when we've needed electrical or practical jobs done in our parent's homes, we asked Kevin if he would be willing to travel. He does so whenever required and pricewise knocks spots off the local services which had quoted more than double the price Kevin charged. He works cleanly, efficiently and respectfully. A total star and we recommend him without hesitation.
