Simon came to help with the install of my EV charger. Great service and communication. Would 100% recommend.

We had a power outage at our house this Sunday morning. Googled and called Simon(SB Electrical) who is based locally here in Berkhamsted. He came within 30 minutes and fixed our problem in an efficient and professional manner. He also came across as a nice guy. I would use him again and have already asked him to quote for further works. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We have had Simon out to the house on four separate occasions - and he is excellent!! As first time buyers he’s helped us sort out a multitude of issues - we had a faulty oven, a faulty fuse box and broken sockets - he’s fixed it all no problem. Not only is he clearly very skilled but he also took special care not to damage my GFs new carpets and explained everything to me every step of the way. Top guy! We had an issue with the RCD tripping late on a Saturday afternoon. This affected all the kitchen appliances and we were unable to cook the evening meal. We contacted Simon and he came round straight away. He was very methodical and patient in finding and fixing the fault and took the time to explain what he was doing. Friendly, professional and reliable - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

If there was an option for six stars Simon would get it! He's brilliant, friendly, professional - and an amazing problem solver - even if it means he has to stay until 8pm on a Friday night to do the job properly. Much of his brilliance gets hidden behind the walls when he's done, but trust me, it's there. Best electrician I've ever had the pleasure to work with. And very reasonably priced. All in all, a great professional and a nice man. Highly recommend.
