I was aware that Jonathan (Director of the company) was keeping a close eye on the job and able to communicate with me, even on the Sunday. Joshua (team leader for the rewiring job) was always happy to discuss anything I was concerned about during the works. His younger team were clearly well trained and directed me to Jonathan when I asked for advice. They worked until 7pm to complete the job in five days.
