Marcus arrived punctually at the time he said he would. I had a problem with a dual light switch on the landing where one light wouldn’t work and the other light was staying on even when switched off. Marcus quickly identified a wiring problem and it was all sorted within the hour so I only had to pay a call out charge. Very efficient and knowledgeable - I will definitely be using Marcus again.
