Recently moved house and Rob has done several jobs for us... installing our electric radiators, new sockets and lighting in several rooms, testing and replacing our fuse box. He's always polite and friendly, comes on time and gets the job done. Fair on costs too. We've been very happy with all the work done. He's forthcoming with advice and ideas for our home and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks smart once he's finished. Would definitely recommend.

Rob was able to come out to us with short notice and fixed our fuse board issue quickly and professionally. We would definitely use his services again.

We initially hired Rob to install light and power into our attic in prep for a combi boiler. His work was so good even the plumbers commented on it and said it was rare to find electricians who paid such attention to detail and quality . Rob came back after the plumbers had been to box things off, change over labels in our mains board and make sure everything was finished properly. I've since had him back to do two more small jobs and won't be looking anywhere else for an electrician. He is also exceptionally polite, well mannered and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

Ben and his team rewired my whole house. It wasn't just a fair price but he was great at advising what we need and where we should have it from his experience, (which we needed and helped us alot) he thought of things we didn't and added them in for us. Ben carried out electrical work for a ground floor extension and partial re-wire of our older property. He was friendly, professional, and easy to have around our house while we were living there. We reached out to James about an electrical safety test to ensure it was OK to use a 3pin EV charger in our garage and to replace a faulty flood light. Gave an upfront quote which gave us peace of mind about the costs. His team arrived exactly on time, and finished the work quickly & to a high standard. They took the extra time to talk me through how the EV chargers work, and generally teach me about what amps/kWh mean in relation to EVs. Made me feel a lot more secure in buying my first EV. Gavin was absolutely amazing when we called him for an emergency call out. He was here within 30 minutes and spent 4 hours fixing the issues we had. He was great at explaining what needed fixing and was clean and tidy. Would highly recommend him!

Had 2 chunks of work done starting with an EICR, replace a broken cooker socket, and update unswitched sockets for switched ones. Then a new consumer unit, LED bathroom light and update the other light fittings. Gavin sent me an emailed quote for each block of work (and stayed under quoted cost), arrived when he said he would and kept me informed of progress. If I had more electrical work I’d ask him to do it.

KG electrical installed a humidistat fan in our bathroom where we had been having a condensation problem. Kyle Gamble rapidly assessed the job and provided a list of works and quote. Gabby was very helpful and efficient scheduling the job which was carried out extremely competently, exactly as specified, by Luke, leaving the site clean and tidy for making good and re-tiling. We are very satisfied with the installation and are happy to recommend this excellent local company.

We were very happy with K G Electrical, there was a lot of work in our new house which needed to be done (light switch relocations, new wall sockets). The work was done professionally and after the work was done they cleaned the house. In our initial quote we made some changes in the last minute which they were able to do but after some more communication it resulted in one more day of work. Overall it was great that they were open to change the quote to accommodate our last minute changes. (It was a little bit of confusion about this as the engineer on site didn't know about this but in the end it ended up good!) Luke was leading the work and we were very happy with his work. He always explained everything and understood all our (complicated) requirement.
