I called Alban Electrical Services on a friend’s recommendation when my mother’s electricity failed. They came out within the hour, were very reassuring and user friendly, and fixed the problem quickly for a reasonable fee. Impressive service. I would highly recommend.

Emailed them late Tuesday night with an issue, they responded on Wednesday with a quote and committed to a Thursday visit. Identified the source of the problem on Thursday, fixed it within the call out charge fee. They also identified possible upgrades to the main fuse board and got back to me with a no pressure quote. We needed an electrician, callig Alban Electrical they fitted me in te following morning. Excellent work, polite, efficient, and helpfull, job done in 1 hour. We did use them before, about 2 years ago, and the service was excellent.

Recommend to me some time ago , Nick and Joseph effectively sorted out a significant electrical problem some years ago, this led me to contact them again recently with regard to a very small job. I was impressed with their prompt attention, professionalism and importantly - friendly and helpful attitude. Hallmark of a good company- one that looks after it’s customers even when it’s not a hugely profitable job. Great to find good “old school “ service still exists
