Mattia was brilliant at replacing my infrared ceiling heater. He was responsive, quoted quickly, came the next day and did the job in under an hour. Capable, equipped, kind, generous and genuine. Would hire again without doubt.

Yet again this little shop offer great service. Was quoted £18.95 for watch battery at Timpson. Kramer supplied for £1.80 and I fitted in 2 minutes so will be going back even more often. Always helpful and polite and always willing to go the extra mile if not in stock.

Just would like to say a quick thanks to Steve for his assistance this morning with my issue. Had a snapped DYSON DC04 belt which I needed a replacement for asap ! Popped to the store and Steve said he was doubtful cause it was an old one, but he would have a look just in case. Hey presto he found one in the shops extensive products stock ! It's good to be able to go to a shop and pick something up without the whole ONLINE waiting thing and people like Steve who are good at their job and have good knowledge are becoming a rare thing unfortunately. Very good service - had a few different jobs that needed doing (installing sockets, fixing lights, installing new lights). They were very helpful in advising what was needed and getting work done.

We had an emergency at work and were recommended to Sparklight. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and even though we had never used them before they went out of their way to help us immediately. They were also the nicest and most helpful people I have spoken to. I will not hesitate to use them again.

I had an issue with my bathroom extractor fan. Called Sparklight and a few hours later Adam arrived and sorted the issue straight away. Everything is working perfectly now and he was very efficient!! Couldn’t recommend more!
