I have used Kramer Electric several times. Today Brent came and was great. He did everything that needed to be done and checked and double checked to ensure the problem I was having was fixed. Brent is always nice thorough and explains everything in detail. Brent I give outstanding customer service, is friendly, and knowledgeable. I am very happy with Kramer electric. Brent was on time and service is always superb. Would definitely recommend and will use Kramer electric again.

Yet again this little shop offer great service. Was quoted £18.95 for watch battery at Timpson. Kramer supplied for £1.80 and I fitted in 2 minutes so will be going back even more often. Always helpful and polite and always willing to go the extra mile if not in stock.

Just would like to say a quick thanks to Steve for his assistance this morning with my issue. Had a snapped DYSON DC04 belt which I needed a replacement for asap ! Popped to the store and Steve said he was doubtful cause it was an old one, but he would have a look just in case. Hey presto he found one in the shops extensive products stock ! It's good to be able to go to a shop and pick something up without the whole ONLINE waiting thing and people like Steve who are good at their job and have good knowledge are becoming a rare thing unfortunately.
