We were recommended to Smile Concepts by a friend some 4/5 years ago. We have found them to be an excellent team working together to provide a professional and friendly service. The reception staff are always welcoming and fully aware of who we are and what procedures our appointments are for. We are looked after by Sean who is highly recommended for his knowledge caring and advice, his dentistry work being exceptional. We trust that we will always have Smile Concepts to rely upon in the future. Well done everyone!

I've always received the highest level of treatment at Smile Concept and have been very happy with the advice, the commitment and high level of skill that they have there to offer. After being a patient for he past five years I can't imagine going back to being an NHS patient.

Had great, rapid, sympathetic treatment from Sean Power for a chunk of tooth that came off a cracked metal filled tooth. Excellent white filling options offered including one with a reinforced top to spread pressure for longevity. This experienced and capable dentist has done a significant amount of amazing restorative work over the years to my teeth and always takes the approach of trying to preserve as much as possible without compromising long term viability. He presents realistic but not pessimistic, up-to-date, viable treatment options, gives you the pros and cons and allows you to decide without pressure. This is very important when you are managing the outcomes of teeth with ancient silver metal fillings and an owner who was not always a paragon of virtue on the dental hygiene front.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I thought I should after my recent visits. Ismail is an exceptional dental hygienist! He is knowledgeable, gentle, and always made me feel at ease with his friendly demeanor. His attention to detail and commitment to oral health are unmatched. He has always done a thorough job with my teeth. I highly recommend Ismail and the team at smiles for anyone looking for a caring and thorough dental experience.

I needed a new dentist and called up after seeing good reviews online. They squeezed me the very next day, at a time that worked around my work schedule. The practice is stunning, and the entire team is lovely, including reception team, dental nurse and dentist. Dr Paris Bradley was kind, highly skilled and honest with me. In the past, I have been oversold treatments, but she actually told me what I needed. The entire experience was comfortable and supportive, I don't think anyone enjoys going to the dentist but the whole atmosphere felt like a spa retreat. I will be joining my family up too. Very professional from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly in my first consultation and at the start of every appointment. I felt very comfortable and assured of Suresh’s competence. I had two dental implants, in the photo it’s the two closest to the corner of my mouth. I am extremely happy with them! I was a new patient, but I am now having my oral health care taken care of here. 10/10

Honestly I hate anything to do with needles but that was an absolutely amazing experience !! I had an extra tooth growing behind the row of my bottom teeth. I needed it out and have been putting it off for years because I hate the thought of needles. But can I just say Dr Mohammed Binamin was fantastic. He was so patient and such a calming presence. I really did not know what to expect for my first time with this dentist but it was better than I could have imagined. I was so scared but he was so patient and understanding and I didn’t feel judged or put off at all! Thank you so much for such a great experienced. I was referred by my own dentist to see Dr Mohammed Binamin at Widney Dental due to his qualifications and the complexity of the extraction that I needed. I had just gone through a bad experience with the tooth/gum infection and was also worried about having the tooth removed. I felt like I was going to faint in the chair after I initially had the numbing injections before the procedure but he made sure I had what I needed and got me comfortable and was in no rush to proceed. The actual removal of the tooth was quick & I didn’t even realise he had actually removed it. His professionalism & experience was first class and completely put me at ease. Superb experience at Widney Dental Care. My dentist had recommended them for an awkward extraction, and I turned up petrified and quaking to meet Dr Amelia Reed. She was utterly delightful.... immediately put me at ease & I felt very safe in her obviously skilled & experienced hands. Whilst the extraction was not joyous, it was relatively brief & helped along with Bach Piano Concertos on my iPod. Amelia was brilliant and gave great clear advice & tips for after care. I felt that nothing was too much trouble & reception staff were also very efficient kind and courteous. I can't recommend more highly!

After having an awful experience at my own dentist, I came here. I was treated with so much kindness, patience and respect. I couldn't ask for anything more. Jade and Dr Waheed are so informative and answer any questions I may have. Wouldn't recommend another place for people to go to!

I have been a patient at White Pearl Dental Practice for 3 years now and I can safely say it’s the best I’ve ever been to! Dr Waheed is so kind, informative and always puts me at ease - all of the staff there are super friendly and often go above and beyond. The practice uses new technology to make any visit as seamless as possible - I recently needed a gum shield making and instead of using the dreaded putty to make them, Dr Waheed was able to take scans of my teeth within minutes! Would highly recommend to all ☺️

What can I say about this place. I feel sorry for Dr Waheed and Jade who are putting up with me regularly. I hate going to the dentist yet these guys have had me re-appearing for the last 3 months (would have been shorter if I didn't keep re-arranging my appointments). I have on numerous occasions told Dr Waheed that I absolutely hate her and poor Jade has had her ear chewed off by me. However, these 2 women are special! History: I had severe gum disease and lots of other issues. Dr Waheed has helped restore my faith in dentistry and has also restored my smile. The work they have done has been nothing short of professional. Dr Waheed has worked on me to give me my smile by fitting veneers which look very natural. Bless her magical fingers and the instruments I hate she has managed to fix/control the level of gum disease I had. It helps that they talk me through all my processes for the appointment and tell me of my future plans. I love how they have worked with me and have not made me feel bad at any point. I still hate dentists (I'm scared from when I was young) but these guys really are professional, polite and respectful of your fears. Today they didn't use the hoover machine on me because I hate it and found an alternative. That's what I call tailoring to my needs. I do not hesitate to recommend these guys, they are brilliant!!! This is not a paid ad this is experiences in restoring faith in dentists and a damn good smile :)

I’ve been going to the practice for almost 2 years since my friend recommended it to me. It is simple to book an appointment, you get helpful reminders and the reception team are always lovely on arrival. I’ve had regular check ups, plus composite bonding and wisdom tooth removal all with Dr Cherry & I’m always impressed with her care and attention to detail. I would highly recommend.

Experience at the practice was brilliant. The lady dentist I saw was warm, approachable and incredibly professional. I am really happy with my teeth after she fixed a chipped filling at the front of my teeth. Even after the consultation she was making sure I was happy with the result and I appreciated that because other dentists have not done that. I would definitely go to see this dentist especially this lady dentist again!

My experience with Rhia, Shane, and Aakash along with all of the other staff has been excellent. I had an outstanding experience at 606 Dental, and I can’t recommend Aakash highly enough. Sasha and the nurse, who's name I unfortunately did not catch, were absolutely fantastic with my children. My daughter is autistic and anxious in any medical setting, and they were so gentle with her and talked her through everything they were doing. My daughter came home saying she trusts Sasha now, and only wants to see her. My oldest was also a little anxious, and curious, and Sasha answered all questions and gave excellent advise. The practice as a whole, was fantastic. Receptionists were kind and helpful anytime I called, or asked questions.

I had white fillings , TMJ and some laser gum periodontal treatment here for a coupleof years. The night guard that I have been wearing is very comfortable for my jaws and relaxes my face. Dr Singh is friendly and gives expert service taking care of my gums. I see him every 3 months and the care has been fantastic. Conveniently located in Solihull Town Centre.

My dental care has been amazing! Originally visited to have a filling for a cavity. Bpa and fluoride free filling. 😀Received a painless injection and all went well. Mild gum disease was identified that I was completely unaware of! Laser gum treatment was provided to help healing and along with education on how to floss properly and this has brought about a greater sense of awareness around oral hygiene. Many thanks, Dr Singh.

I had a great appointment today! No fillings or extractions needed lol. The dentist and the hygienist are very professional and friendly. I have a fear of dentists and can say that they manage my fears very well. I feel very supported and understood, the staff take their time to make me feel comfortable.
