Positive first visit. From the receptionists to the dental nurses and the dentist herself, all were kind, considerate and professional. I had a few issues that needed sorting out from a previous dentist and Catherine explained exactly what needed doing, solved one issue on the spot and I am booked in for the extraction I need. I can be very nervous but felt completely at ease and not rushed. So pleased I am now with this practice. Thank you.

Always friendly and helpful, the staff here make a big difference. Arjun is chatty, but also super-professional.He is an enthusiast for research and is always pushing his own skills further. The progress made since he took over the practice has been impressive.

Very professional and have NHS and private services. The only dentist in my area that took me on after calling 10 other ones who said they were full. I live in Banbury so it's a bit of a drive. Would give them 5 stars if I got a lollipop after a checkup, but unfortunately that's not the case.

I have been using this dentist since it opened and have no complaints. My children love going! I had 3 fillings today and couldn't feel a thing - quick and painless. The dentist is lovely, highly recommend.

The dentist, dental nurse and reception are all very nice polite people. I had one long treatment done and I’m happy with it. We had to reschedule some of my appointments but the communication was good.

It's been a few years since I last went to this dental practice and this was before it was refurbished. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean look of the practice and the facilities there. Previously, my son had a suspected cracked tooth and he was seen within 12 hours of me calling for an appointment. I attended 2 appointments there over the last month. The first appointment I was able to get an appointment within the next seven days, but waited an hour during peak time to be seen. The second appointment was much quicker. I waited 10 minutes and was seen by a knowledgeable and approachable dentist both times. I'm happy with my service and would go back again.

Excellent team here. Reception staff are lovely, as are the cleaning staff there (the cleaner held the door open for me and wished me a good day) I had an appointment with the hygienist Sonny and her assistant and they made me very comfortable and they done an excellent job! 10/10 I'm so glad I swapped my dentist to here.

Had a clean with Sunny today. She was very patient and calming. I'm not great with injections, and she was ever so gentle. It's evident she takes great pride in her work and strives for excellence even if it takes longer than the allocated time. After multiple bad experiences over the years, Sunny gentle approach and patience was highly appreciated and went some way to restoring my faith in the dental profession.

Amazing service! Doctors are super acknowledged and very professional. I been today for a filling and I must say this was the best service in my life, quick and painless. I would like to mention that doctors had to work under pressure as my little one was screamed but doctors done amazing job. Well done, highly recommend! I had today great experience. She was very professional and knows a lot. As soon as I talked to her I already knew that she will do a super job and she did so well. I am very happy with her work. Highly recommend this place. I did treatment before in Turkey to save costs, but here you get what you pay for, much better than what I had over there in Turkey. Happy with the price and service. :-)

As always my experience at Light Lane was very good. My new dentist Manbir took her time and was very helpful despite being extremely busy also Sharon on the desk was very welcoming and calm and efficient even though the waiting room was busy and her phone was constantly ringing. All in all a very satisfactory experience

Went for a polish with dental hygienest Sunaina and Nurse Laura and they were very comforting! They looked after my needs during the process and even explained what was going to happen before they started. First time I had a polish so didn't expect soo much water everywhere but they were nice enough to clean it up during the process 😅

I just wanted to say they have a exceptional Service including their customer service, I have been with the light lane dental for past three years specially as a International student I feel very fortunate to get a service like this away from home,The doctors, nurses and reception are really helpful, recently I had this time issue due to moving from coventry but they instantly called me to book my appointments once they got cancellation in their schedule, so within a week I sort out my issue, thanks to the really helpful staff and management.

They have an incredible service, my son uses the practice and they do so well. He really likes it plus the stickers he got at the end of every appointment.

I am so happy with the cosmetic work I’ve had at this dental practice. I recently had the Enlighten teeth whitening treatment and some composite bonding on my front teeth both of which were done by Dr Rana. I couldn’t believe the difference the minimally invasive treatment had on my smile and it looks so natural too! Also, a few years ago I had a veneer placed on a baby tooth which was done by Dr Shergill. Initially I was surprised that this was even an option for a baby tooth but I haven’t had any problems at all. I now regularly attend the practice for my routine check-ups too. The whole team are fabulous, the dentists are very reassuring and thoroughly explain everything that they do. The nurses and receptionists are always very friendly and make you feel welcome. Overall a beautiful, modern clinic which makes going to the dentist a breeze. 😁

When I was researching dental implants I had lots of choices different websites glossy before and after pictures etc, but what I was looking for didn't seem to be there. I chose Coventry and Warwickshire centre for advanced dentistry for one reason in the end and that was Jags and his team and boy did I make the right choice. I was so worried that I was going through a point of no return moment as I was having a full set of implants and if I had chosen poorly I would have to live with the consequences. But Jags really knows his stuff he is an attention to detail kind of guy there is no "that will do" with him, it's right or its not. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the results and yes it's not cheap but in this life you get what you pay for. I would 100% recommend this dental surgery every single person that works here is focused on doing there best job and they know what a good job looks like. So if you are looking and can't make your mind up you can not worry if you choose Jags Shergill.

I can't recommend Jag and his whole team including the front desk enough. So friendly, professional and caring. The whole team make you feel you are the only person that matters to them. I had 2 roots removed and implants put in. From the first time I stepped in the surgery until completion I had not one iota of pain. Attention to detail throughout including aftercare.
