Hi There I've always used Bhandal In Cradley. But Since COVID i haven't been,i tried ringing quite a few times only to be 14 in the Que. (this is not a criticism ) .So i tried Bhandal Colley Gate,got through straight away and made an appointment for the next day.Fantastic. On having a few moments spare i looked at the reviews for Colley gate ,some of the reviews were ok ,but two fairly recent ones didn't make such good reading.I thought "o dear what have i done". I can only speak as i find ,i have had dealings with three members of staff one being the dentist and i cant fault the staff at all, on all occasions polite jokey pleasant more than helpful, i was at ease all the time and would recommend this practice based on my experience , one last thin my partner has moved her too. So a big thank you to front of house staff and "the Dentist ", So A big thankyou Ade

I recently had treatment here. The receptionist got me in quickly as i was in pain. The practice was very clean and welcoming. The dentist and nurse were very gentle and caring, explaining all the treatment to you, making you feel at ease! Superb dentist, will return.

I have used this practice since it has been open. Mr Bhandal is totally dedicated, as are all his staff. It is a busy practice they all work so hard and are very friendly. Over the years I have left reviews based on personal experience. No one enjoys going to the dentist, I suffer with extreme anxiety, yet with the care and compassion I receive not only from Mr Bhandal personally but also from his wonderful receptionists and dental assistants, it makes it less traumatic. There is a very specific mention to my new dentist Henry. In 25 years I have met some fabulous dentists Henry is definitely one of the best. His manner is exceptional in his ability to make you feel totally " in safe hands" calm and reassured. He is a superb dentist and totally committed to his work. I am extremely grateful for the compassion, patience and understanding of my fears at a recent appointment with him. I was given sedation administered by Mr Bhandal personally and didn't feel a thing. It is done in a safe and realxing environment. Mr Bhandal normally has a liitle chat as he is sedating so to calm you and the aftercare is extremely good. Deborah Turner.
