Not had a Filling in a few years, the drill is still there of course but what a change. I was not looking forward to having the treatment but what a change, the whole experience so much kinder and sympathetic. If you like me dread the dentist then re think and see how the treatment has changed for the better. Thank you to Dr Shalini and all the team at Allesley Park.

Clean modern practice. Tina (dentist) took time to discuss my health and any issues with my teeth and then to discuss treatment options ( including ‘do nothing’ ). Stark contrast to the NHS dentist I have used for the previous 7 years.

My first time here and the experience was such a positive one. Great service from beginning to end. Very efficient and attentive during the apt. I was very anxious but all the staff from the receptionist to my apt with Dr Shallini and dental assistant Eloise, I couldn't fault. Very glad to have picked this dental surgery.

I have been going to Murray Dental for over 20 years. The treatment is Excellent of the highest standards. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have used Murray dental for over a decade for general dentistry, for a dental implant, and for composite bonding. All of the care has been exceptional. I have had a couple emergency apportionments where I was seen on the same day. I would not use anywhere else.

My entire experience of Murray Dental is absolutely 100% positive. I have been delighted with my treatments , from implants ( with Graham Murray) to regular hygiene appointments ( with Grace) . I literally can’t fault them , from the warm welcome from the receptionists to the fabulous end results ( and a wide smile again now :) ) ! I couldn’t be happier - a 5 star review from a very happy ( and smiley) patient !

The dentist for some is not always a welcome experience but Murray dental is so friendly and welcoming that any anxiety quickly disappears. The reception staff always have a warm smile and are quietly efficient. All problems and queries are sorted immediately and that will.always go "the extra mile" nothing us too much trouble. The practitioners and nursing staff are all so professional and efficient that the experience becomes quite pleasant. The building and treatment rooms are spotlessly clean and the waiting room is large airy and with a magnificent large globe which I spend hours studying. I cannot recommend Murray Dental highly enough.

How refreshing to find a lovely helpful lady dentist who told me when I explained I had lost a filling put in by another practice that the hole was so tiny any filling would come out again and advised using Sensodyne if it was sensitive. I can really recommend Jubilee Crescent dentists . They are also taking new NHS patients.

I am so happy with the care and attention I received. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. I can not thank my dentist Dennis Tang and his lovely assistant for giving me my smile back. It was pain free. So very happy.

I had my 1st appointment with Dr Nadia. She explain me everything patiently. Cleaning and polishing done very quickly and efficiently with no pain. Very pleased with the visit. I recommend early morning appointment so the you can get road side parking as they do not have their own parking.

Great experience Our dentist was knowledgeable and gentle. Really put my son at ease and he was very anxious. All the staff were courteous and couldn’t do enough for us.

Routine scale and polish but the consultation was so thorough and informative. Was shown my x-rays so as to better explain how to care for problem areas and explanations were given for each step of the examination process. Couldn’t have been happier with the attentiveness provided throughout my consultation. Each of my questions were answered well and the provider paused treatment to fully listen to any concerns I had. I felt at ease. Want to also mention the friendly reception staff and the lovely clean premises. Lovely practice I would recommend to anyone. Thank you. Keep up the great work.

It's been a few years since I last went to this dental practice and this was before it was refurbished. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean look of the practice and the facilities there. Previously, my son had a suspected cracked tooth and he was seen within 12 hours of me calling for an appointment. I attended 2 appointments there over the last month. The first appointment I was able to get an appointment within the next seven days, but waited an hour during peak time to be seen. The second appointment was much quicker. I waited 10 minutes and was seen by a knowledgeable and approachable dentist both times. I'm happy with my service and would go back again.

Excellent team here. Reception staff are lovely, as are the cleaning staff there (the cleaner held the door open for me and wished me a good day) I had an appointment with the hygienist Sonny and her assistant and they made me very comfortable and they done an excellent job! 10/10 I'm so glad I swapped my dentist to here.

The service at this dentist is outstanding. I have been here for quite a few procedures, both cosmetic and medical, and each time have been delighted with the results. The staff take really good care of you as a patient, and make you feel welcome every time you visit. My family and I have been using the Holyhead Dental practice for some years now. The organisation and efficiency of the staff is impeccable. You are greeted on arrival clear instructions are given by the receptionists. The dental nurse also greets you before you enter the dental room. Our treatment by the dentists have always been exceptional and any issues or concerns we have , have been explained to us before, during and after treatment. This review is a long time coming. We as a family have been with Holyhead Dental Practice for almost 20 years. The minute you walk through the door the reception team are waiting to greet you with a friendly smile and banter. When called through to surgery, we are greeted by our dental nurse who takes us through to Dr Kiran Panchall. What can we say about him that hasn't already been said. He is so personable and very professional. Always very thorough giving lots of advice and genuinely interested in looking after your teeth and your well being. Excellent experience of Torcross Dental Practice. From entering through to check up to leaving the surgery - all staff were efficient, polite, caring and courteous. My dentist listened, he answered my questions clearly. I would recommend Torcross Dental Practice.

Torcross Dental are very efficient. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Mr Tang my dentist always puts me at ease and explains what he is doing especially when I feel anxious. Mr Tang offers advice which is always helpful too. If I phone for an emergency appointment they try their very best to accommodate ASAP.

They have an incredible service, my son uses the practice and they do so well. He really likes it plus the stickers he got at the end of every appointment.

Went for a polish with dental hygienest Sunaina and Nurse Laura and they were very comforting! They looked after my needs during the process and even explained what was going to happen before they started. First time I had a polish so didn't expect soo much water everywhere but they were nice enough to clean it up during the process 😅

I’ve been coming to this practice for nearly 40 years. I’ve always been very satisfied with the level of service I have received. The reception and dental nurses are always efficient and helpful and Dr Chauhan is very polite, patient and skilled. I recommend the practice to anyone.

As always my experience at Light Lane was very good. My new dentist Manbir took her time and was very helpful despite being extremely busy also Sharon on the desk was very welcoming and calm and efficient even though the waiting room was busy and her phone was constantly ringing. All in all a very satisfactory experience

Went for a tooth extraction this morning, very scared. Put at ease straight away ,Mr Bhandal was excellent explaining the process and what to expect Literally took a minute to do following injections. Totally pain free .
