“A good Dental practice is actually run by the Receptionists as they are the first port of call. The girls that were working yesterday, the 3rd October, are outstanding at their positions they are normally on reception when I have an appointment. Either by phone or in person they literally cannot do enough to help. So polite, friendly, definitely any nerves you may have they put you at ease. Can I recommend you listen to them either on the phone or when a patient is in front of them. Their tone never changes, always so bright and cheerful, they understand the world of a receptionist, ‘You may have seen 90 people a day! You have your own worries! However you treat ALL your patients as though they are the first person you spoke to all day’ outstanding. The practice is so bright and spotlessly clean. Giving patients a message as soon as they enter, you care. The only negative about the waiting area there is no privacy for a delicate conversation. Maybe patients could be made aware that a room is available for this purpose if required? As for myself! I am a very nervous patient with several health issues! My dentist is Hannah, yay without whom I would not have come this far. Thank you for all your understanding, kindness and patience that you show me at each visit. You are constantly busy, your days are always full. But when I’m with you I have never been made to feel that you’re not interested in me or my feelings, never feel rushed, only genuine concern is shown making me feel you don’t have any other patients waiting. Your Nurses are wonderful too. Huge smiles and kindness throughout.ALL staff that I see whilst there are very pleasant too. They always say hello and smile. “I contacted NHS 111 who organise me a visit to a dental practice in Brigg, they refused to see me!! I was recommended this practice and as it had a rating of 3.8 I was slightly hesitant. The book me an emergency appointment, the treatment was absalutly 5 star, it turned out I needed root canal treatment. Again I was booked in very quickly, the treatment was explained to me and I agreed the treatment. The treatment was done very professionally by a lady dentist who had a great sense of humour. Within 90 minutes I was leaving. I honestly cannot belive how smooth this practice runs, the dentists are of the highest quality and their support staff are enthusiastic and cheerful. I cannot sing their praises enough. I know private dental treatment is expensive but they deffinatly take the pain away 😁👍🤪 See you in March”
