I booked an appointment at Perfect Smile Spa recently and had a consultation with Jas Sagoo. Jas was very welcoming and talked me through different treatment options after doing a thorough examination of my teeth. I decided to have composite bonding to close the gap between my front two teeth and to fix a fair sized chip on one of my front teeth. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and I cannot stop smiling 😀. I would definitely recommend Perfect Smile Spa to anyone wishing to fix their smile. You will not be disappointed! All staff were friendly and helpful, including the receptionists, the hygienist and the dental nurses. Thank you guys!

Walked into perfect smile spa to be greeted with very friendly staff. I ended up needing a root canal and a few fillings of which the dentist made sure I was pain free when getting the procedure done. There was also little to no pain afterwards and my teeth feel so much better now after the treatment. Well worth the money couldn't recommend this place enough.

I've been having treatment with Perfect Smile Spa for about 12 years now. I arrived feeling anxious and worried about the long term prognosis of my teeth and gums. With Jaz's amazing support and treatment alongside the hygienists that I regularly see, I feel happy and confident about my teeth and no longer anxious. The whole team have always been helpful, informative and really supportive when undergoing any treatment (and I have had a lot - crowns, bridges, veneers and implants!) . Amazing treatment from start to finish. I booked in for a next day consultation following a recommendation. I was subject to a thorough, full dental examination which provided an accurate description of what treatment I required. 8 days later and I was in the chair for composite bonding. I am overjoyed with the results and will definitely be back.

After having my dreaded toothache for well over a Month and struggling.. my NHS dentist couldn’t squeeze me in for another 2 weeks and the pain was unbearable .. I got an emergency dental appointment here and Zaneev and Pamila were truly fantastic .. the costs were clearly explained to me with a no pressure approach to anything and I was reassured and informed about all the necessary information in regards to my tooth extraction. 10/10 will definitely be coming here from now on ! I had my first wisdom tooth extraction by Mrs Sarita Chopra at Highland View . I was put at ease as soon as I entered the practice. The procedure itself was fairly painless, the tugging and the pressure on the tooth was bearable for me. Mrs Chopra did a great job . I would not hesitate at referring anyone to Highland View.

My Chopra was excellent! I had to have surgery, and I was so nervous, but he reassured me from the initial consultation right through to the procedure on the day. I cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend this practice and Mr Chopra. The dental nurse was also very good. I've also used the hygienist and she was very helpful and honoured my requests due to my worries. The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful too.

Great service all round. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed and chose the non-sedation option. Mr Chopra was so good I didn't even realise he had pulled the first one until he started stitching the gum. Thoroughly recommend.

I’ve had to book an emergency appointment on New Year’s Eve. Called in around 11am and got an appointment booked within the next hour. The doctor explained the procedures and talked me through my options. She has done a great job freeing me from my pain. Receptionist run through the aftercare instructions and ensured me to call back if needed. Very grateful ☺️

I have the worst phobia of dentists, have done since I was young, to the point where I would have panic attacks. But since discovering sunny smiles my phobia is no more. I used to get terribly anxiety before an appointment but not anymore doesn’t phase me what so ever, and this is due to Anita. Who is easily one of the best in her field. Non judgmental, kind, compassionate caring, as are all the nurses too. Really can’t rate this place high enough.

I have been a loyal customer of Dr Chagger and the team at Sunny Smiles for a number of years, and honestly wish it had been longer (I 'discovered' the value of dentists relatively late in life). From my very first appointment, through lockdowns, and even now I have never had an issue with booking an appointment. And the advice that I'm given is always considered and thorough. Unlike some businesses, I never feel like I'm being sold to. If a treatment is recommended, I trust that it is the right course of action and to my mind represents value for money - good mouth health doesn't like shortcuts! I had some implants done recently and received an exemplary service from all the staff I came into contact with. The Reception ladies who were always kind and helpful and always ready to answer my questions over the phone and make or change appointments. Dr Andrew Fennel my clinician who put me at ease from the first meeting and all the way through my treatment discusing and explaining all that would be done. I have a fear of needles in my mouth but they were allayed by him and he certainly made it a totally different experience. I also saw the hygienist Ms H Sayer a couple of times who was also lovely and gave me great tips for looking after my teeth. I would thoroughly recommend this Dental practice and so grateful they were recommended to me.

Start by saying I’ve a very real, unexplainable, m irrational fear of going to the dentist alongside a very low pain threshold anything dentistry related within my mouth so this decision to pick winning smiles was a huge one for me. I looked around (a lot), compared and reviewed so many Dentists I won’t bother going into before I eventually contacted Winning Smiles (recommended by a friend who loved them). From the very start they were great. The place itself is relaxed, super clean, modern and staff couldn’t be more helpful which immediately puts you at ease. I had a complex issue (in my eyes anyway) that required an implant. We started with a 3D x-Ray to confirm the issue in depth. This showed that the tooth would need to be extracted, gum opened and a large bone graft completed. I also had a metal plate with screws in it which was partially in the way of the bone graft (unrelated jaw break years ago) that subsequently had to be removed from within the gum in order to complete the graft. Immediate panic from me. I was under the care of Dr Andrew Woods. From start to finish I can’t praise him enough. Very patient throughout, explained the process to me as thoroughly as needed for me to fully understand (I had loads of questions throughout). Reassurance was exceptional and guided me through the entire process step by step which meant that due to healing from the tooth extraction, to then the bone graft and finally to the implant itself the process took just over 12 months spaced out over a few visits. Separately - They also arranged the sedation I choose to have on 2 of my visits which again was no problem at all. Overall I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend this Dentist or Dr Woods who are by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The quality of the implant fits perfectly even months later on and you wouldn’t even notice any difference so this ranks right up there with one of my best calls in choosing winning smiles. This is our regular dentist that we all have pir check ups and I have always been pleased. But yesterday I was exceptionally impressed, my 7 child had a knock at school and her front tooth (milk) had been badly affected. It was twisted and very painful. I got an emergency appointment for the same evening, the lovely receptionist literally squeezed us in between appointments bless her, which we was so grateful for. Then we saw Annie the dentist. She was amazing, so warm and friendly ❤️ and really made my child feel at ease. She numbed the area with gel and whipped the tooth out. Honestly couldn't recommend this practice enough and Annie!

I have been a patient of Mr D Kashkouli for many years and have always received a great service. It is easy to get an appointment, checkups every 6 months and NHS scale prices. The surgery has recently received a makeover and although the waiting area is the corridor (with new super cushioned seats) they are always on time and so it doesn’t matter. Everywhere is super clean and practical. I find the dentistry to be gentle, well explained and undertaken with care. I absolutely recommend Mr Kashkouli and this surgery

I am a new patient at this dentist after having a bad experience at another practice in Upminster. I needed two white fillings with Dariush Kashkouli at my first routine NHS checkup. I was seen early which was already a good sign and needed local anaesthetic. I am a very very nervous patient so I was not great with the needle but the dentist and the dental nurse were brilliant at keeping me at ease. After that I felt relaxed the entire procedure and nearly fell asleep, I didn't feel a thing! I am happy with the end result of my fillings, they look exactly like my natural teeth and it hasn't messed up the 'bite' of my teeth. I look forward to returning soon for my hygienist deep clean appointment!

First time in 10 years visiting a dentist for a check up so was extremely nervous and self conscious about what they would say. Fairly easy to register with online form that was sent via email, did have to ask receptionist for help which she gave even though the surgery was busy with other patients and phone ringing. Saw lady dentist who explained what she was going to do which was a check up and a couple of X-rays. Turns out needed a filling which was booked the following week but had to call in a couple days later as felt it was a little too high - friendly receptionist told me was not a problem, booked me with the same lady doctor in her next available appointment and she polished it down for me. Perfect!
