I had an appointment with Dr Ming yesterday and I can only speak incredibly highly of her and her nurse. I have had significant gum pain, bleeding and sensitivity for the past 3 months and had seen another dentist in another practice twice with no relief, despite following good oral hygiene practice. But after Dr Ming’s treatment, there is no pain and bleeding already! She took the time to listen to my concerns at the beginning of the consultation, was incredibly thorough and skilled during treatment, and both her and her nurse were very reassuring- ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Dr Ming also took the time to show me good dental hygiene techniques and make recommendations. Today is the first day in 3 months I can eat without experiencing pain. I also noticed how friendly and kind the receptionists were to the patients as I was waiting for my appointment. The practice itself is very clean and organised, staff are professional and positive- very happy with my experience!

I’ve seen Dr Malik twice now for treatment and both times she has been fantastic. She instantly calmed any nerves that I had and took care during the appointments to make sure I was comfortable. I never thought I’d be leaving the dentist with a smile on my face but she somehow even made the appointment “fun”! Truly the best dentist I’ve ever been too, I can’t recommend her enough.

I found South Ealing Dental Practice online when looking for a hygienist appointment, booked in with Aayush Baidar!! He is the best I’ve ever been too and puts you at ease for those who are nervous, which I am. I felt so at ease with him, i asked about orthodontic treatment, he told me his colleagues at the practice were great and I should speak to them. When leaving the practice, the lovely receptionist seconded his sentiments, I went home and shortly thereafter made an appointment to see the orthodontist. The check up, braces consultation was fine but where things started not to go so right was signing the finance plan. The orthodontist did not ask me what payment term I would like, I was just handed a form at reception to sign (it was for 12 months). I didn’t say anything, I wanted a shorter payment term - I merely asked if I could overpay each month, she confirmed that was fine. So I signed. The first month came, I paid, but after the appointment when rebooking the next appointment at reception I was asked for payment. I was confused as I had already made a payment earlier in the same month, so I spoke to the dentist he said I needed to pay after each appointment. I countered said I thought I needed to pay once each month, he said no “I said after the appointment”. This was not what I signed or recalled, I felt humiliated and made to feel like a cheat. I had just fixed my braces, so felt anxious this was the start of a long journey. So the next few months I was making monthly payments between 2/4 times more than required. However, again after my most recent appointment the (lovely) receptionist asked me for payment of the remaining balance on my account, bear in mind I started treatment in June 2024 and signed a 12minth payment plan and have under 30% remaining to pay! I actually thought she was joking, she then proceeded to tell me she wasn’t (the last payment I made was 2 weeks before for x2 the required amount). I then continued to laugh and said the dentist must be joking, I’m way ahead on my 12 month payment plan. She advised this was the note he sent. I am not sure why the practice offers a finance plan but then demands more payment. This really needs to stop, it causes a lot of embarrassment. Regrading the actual service, the hygienist and receptionist are absolutely lovely and were right - I cannot fault the dental service I have received. But he needs to improve on communicating the clinics expectation to patients and understand what has been offered and signed.

My father is 86 and he is pre-stroke patient who is also seen on NHS which now days most dentist refuse to see. But he was seen by Hafsa for extraction which was in fact a broken tooth. I would highly recommend this lady as she is most professional and immediately provided my father with an appointment and worked so hard to remove a very complicated broken tooth and didn’t give up. During the process she explained every step and at the end a piece was left in the gum and as most would maybe dismiss and stitch the area she thoroughly explained the possibility’s and explained how this should be ok but incase she will refer my father to ensure no suture complications are at risk. Finally at the end still continued to try and finally succeeded and brought the piece out. Her honesty and professionalism is one that you don’t find now days . I’m very grateful Hafsa and wish you all the success.

Part 1 I fear Dentists with a passion from horrible past experiences and I mean horrible but I was educated today with a Wisdom tooth extraction! They put my anxiety at ease and before I knew, it was out! I was gobsmacked! No pun intended 😉 There professionalism is outstanding! They have made my month! ❤️Part 2 Right guys! The long and short of it! I've just come back from clubbing and the day before my wisdom tooth was extracted and I am obviously a bit tipsy! I was told by my dentist doctor at no expense that and he did emphasised no drinking, smoking and etc and I did it all and all night I was anticipating pain to ruin my whole night at any stage! This just tells me the Craftsmanship of these guys! I've been irresponsible and went against everything I was told not to do because that's me and seriously it's been 18 hours since my tooth extraction and I have no pain whatsoever this tells me how skillful and really gifted these magicians really are! I complained about the price but I was really stupid to even question it and the reason is and I'm being totally honest they really are priceless! I guarantee you that they have really proved a point that in my opinion they're shiphot not like most hedgefund Dentists who couldn't give a flying fook! Thank you guys! It's nice having a nutter reviewing for a change! I must emphasise that this is a unbiased review! I'm pondering how many are going to laugh over this review but don't forget that drink always extracts the truth! Joking aside I really promise you that these guys basically are the best! X

I have been going to Ealing Dental Practice for two years now, and my experience has been excellent. Dr Indy Rai has done two root canals and two crowns, and everything has gone smoothly. Truly cannot fault Lebanon Park in any way! I’m a very anxious patient and everyone at the surgery is excellent at what they do. From Eileen the wonderfully friendly receptionist, to Dr Murtuza the highly compassionate and professional principal dentist and all of the support team inbetween. Special mention to Dr Wasi who surgically removed my wisdom tooth today in about 5 minutes with absolutely zero pain (even the injections!) I’m so grateful to him for his understanding and care. I won’t go anywhere else.

I’ve always been nervous of the dentist and as such, I ended up being forced into an emergency appointment situation! I read through Google reviews of local dentists and decided to use Dickens Yard based on their rating. I can honestly say my phobia has completely vanished. I’ve had extensive work carried out over the last few months and think nothing of going in now. Sahil (my dentist) and Colin (my hygienist) are both lovely and made me feel completely at ease. They are both thorough and explain everything in detail to ensure you know exactly what is going on - I can’t thank them enough and have definitely found my go to dentist practice!

I’ve tried several dentists in London, but this one is exceptional! From the start, the receptionist, Mansi, went above and beyond. Despite it being a busy month, she patiently gave me all the available slots and helped me find the most convenient time. She even explored the possibility of rescheduling another patient to accommodate my request for back-to-back appointments. I truly appreciated her effort. The hygiene appointment was smooth and incredibly comfortable. The hygienist provided personalized guidance, explaining which tools would work best for my teeth and how to use them effectively. The check-up was equally outstanding. The dentist didn’t rush and took his time to explain every detail about my teeth. Although my teeth are healthy, he pointed out subtle brushing habits he noticed during the check-up and highlighted potential risks to my gums that other dentists had overlooked. Both the hygienist and dentist recommended the most affordable and effective tools for me to use at home—without trying to sell their own products. Coming from a country with a high-quality dental system, I didn’t think I’d find the same standard of care in the UK. However, this experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled to have found such an exceptional clinic!

Dentist Moira is incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy in her profession. She has so much patience. Moira advised me in all details about my clenching problem and has found and discussed with me options to help me throughout. She has also fixed some old seals in my teeth that needed to be replaced and did a great job with it. I couldn’t recommend her and the practice more. Everyone is very accommodating and kind. Fantastic experience at Parsons Green Dental Practice! Everyone is super friendly and professional. Claire on reception makes you feel very welcome and comfortable from the get-go and is always helpful and accommodating with arranging and changing appointments. My dentist, Meera, has done an amazing job removing an existing filling in an awkward location and replacing with a hybrid gold crown-onlay. This is my first time at Parsons Green Dental Practice. Good experience. Dentist Kathryn Russell provided with her knowledge outstanding descriptive treatment needed, which was extremely helpful. If you dream about a perfect smile this is a place to go to! Dr Dominika supervised my treatment and she’s the absolute best! Professional, kind and super patient - she answered all my questions exhaustively; even the silliest ones and god knows I had plenty of those. The clinic staff was very accommodating overall, it was easy to book and rebook appointments, they would even let me know if they were running behind schedule. Kudos to Dr Dominika, Monika, Anita and Magdalena, you’re the best ladies! All above aside - I’ll let the results shown in the pictures speak for themselves.

I would like to share a positive review of Orthodental clinic and Dr. Pawel Ira, who provided me with excellent orthodontic treatment. The staff there are professional and friendly, and I always enjoy the appointments (shoutout to my favorite duo, Dr. Pawel and Magdalena :)). Spent more than year with this clinic, did a lot of dental work and also started orthodontic treatment with them, and I have absolutely 0 regrets. Everyone is very professional, dr. Paweł is a very knowlegible orthodontic specialist, up to date with modern treatment methods and also very gentle when it comes to creating treatment plan and going about the adjustments in a way that will be the least painful and the most comfortable to the patient. Dr. Maciej working alongside him did a fantastic job fixing all of my cavities. I don't think any dentist before in the UK did this good of a job both reconstructing my teeth and making sure that they are healthy. Magda is a great hygienist and assistant, taught me how to properly brush and clean in braces which is extremely important. The clinic was also very helpful when it came to finance options and how long the appointments can be meaning that sometimes I managed to get few teeth done in a single sitting and prices are very low comparing to other local dental and orthodontic clinics in the area of London and around. The only reason I had to change my orthodontist is because I am moving and I will no longer be near London! I do not regret a single bit getting my treatment here, and I highly recommend booking an appointment with them!

I had a hygiene appointment here and had never been to this dentist before - Ms Mortazavi the hygienist was amazing-I explained initially that I was anxious as my pain threshold is low- she was really gentle kept asking if I was okay- she took her time and gave me breaks. She explained what she was and would be doing at every step. The nurse was also great- as was Aryan on the phone - really friendly practice that go over and above! I have referred my sister already.

If I had known it was possible to leave the dentist feeling better than when I came in, I would not have left it so long! From the moment I called to enquire, everyone at the clinic from the Dr to the dental nurses and receptionists treated me very kindly and warmly. It had been a really long time since I last saw a dentist and was extremely nervous about my appointments due to childhood trauma. I really appreciated how patient Dr Darius was, answering my many questions, explaining the process and being constantly reassuring. By my fourth (defiantly not my last!) appointment I felt very comfortable and much calmer. My experience at the clinic with Dr Darius and the team has really helped me overcome some of my fears about accessing dentalcare and healthcare. Dr Andrew Brown of the Butts Dental Practice is the greatest dentist of his generation, a true gentleman. Andrew's skill with the hypodermic and forceps almost encourages you to have teeth extracted. As well as hands on dental treatment Andrew in partnership with Dr Pavan are innovators in the art of dentures and implants, they have an on site cnc milling lab where they are able to make their own components without out-sourcing which enables them to control quality, cost and timelines with the same expert precision as their dental work. Raiza Rodriguez is the most careful hygenist in Christendom. The two receptionists are the kindest most caring administrators of the desk you'd wish for. All, unsung heroes of the mouth who are stars in our community known far and wide for their expert and professional skill. Despite the practice being only moments walk from my home, I was first referred by someone I met whilst out on a walk in Kent one day. Thank you to that stranger whoever you are.

It's great to know there are still some amazing brilliant surgeons around. After a whole week of torture, agony and no sleep due to a ruptured nerve under my wisdom teeth. It was only the brilliant and experienced Dr Brown who could see instantly what the cause of pain was, it's as if he has x-ray vision. He knew straight off the bat what had to be done and removed the wisdom tooth without any problems. I want to thank you very much Dr Brown - Have a happy Christmas.

Came across the clinic accidentally after being let down by few Polish clinics. My situation was urgent and dangerous. Changes were escalating rapidly. When arrived at the Perfect smile clinic in Acton Town, from the moment I walked in, it felt amazing! The reception staff, the place, the way I was spoken to, all was so welcoming and filled with genuine care! I have never experienced such wonderful treatment anywhere before. Then I met dr. Roksana Marcinkowska! She blew my mind away! The best Surgeon I have ever met! Gave me all information, explained in detail what will be done, and carried out the procedure in such way that I have literally could easily fall asleep! So gentle, so caring, so professional. Just absolutely WONDERFUL! The very next day I was shocked to have received a follow up call to ask how I was doing? I will never go to any other dentist ever again! This place is just another level. Very modern and clean too. My dental clinic for life! Thank you so much dr. Roksana.

I was absolutely lucky to reach Dr Roxana to solve my problem with 2 crowns where broken root has been found. She represents professionalism, knowledge and providing full advice. My problem has been solved very quick and now I’m extremely happy to have 3point bridge. Highly recommended. Service is worth their price!!!!!!!! Thank you again Dr Roxana & your helpful staff
