For anyone considering dental Implants I cannot recommend highly enough. Henne and Vicky are so relaxed and competent and explain procedures the whole way along . Pricing is transparent too . The after care and hygiene practices are also outstanding . To have this procedure done locally cannot be under rated . I had far higher quotes abroad and add to that the cost of travel and the time needed there before you could fly . This was my best choice ever !

Upton Dental are an excellent practice, I had an emergency appointment today (as I had to cancel last weeks) nothing was too much trouble from the staff on reception to the nurses & dental surgeons they are all so professional from start to finish. Our family have used the Upton Dental practice for years now and would never move away from them. Its always spotless & friendly, today I was in early and away in good time with my tooth repaired. I had a number of Dental Implants done at Upton Dental practise and from the moment I arrived to the moment I left I felt safe, comforted, well informed and proffesionally cared for! I over the years i have been to many dentists but this one exceeds anywhere I have been before! Would thoroughly reccomend!!

A great team that knows their stuff. Problem tooth removed without fuss and so smoothly I was on my way and healing quickly. Great practice and a particular shout out to Kasia for her skills as dentist, no fuss, no nonsense just great work.

Sarah was very nice and kind. Also Carlos is a great dentist and tries his best to make sure you have the correct and most suitable treatment.

To list just the Dentist is unfair, the receptionists, the procedure and overall experience was good. This was my first visit and the dentist gave me the most thorough checkup I've had and I'm 74

I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. I cannot imagine any of my previous dentists taking this amount of trouble. I feel confident in knowing that Ahmad and his team will always strive to choose the best treatment I need.

Only had 2 appointments since joined. Both with Ahmed & so pleased we moved there. Treatments were excellent & I felt comfortable at all times. The staff are very welcoming, friendly & can talk you through your treatment if needed.

Have been with Black Swan for at least 12 years. It can’t be often that people say they enjoy going to the dentist but I do. The team is welcoming and supportive. Procedures are clearly explained and why one needs them likewise. I can’t praise the whole team enough.

Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. Mark the hygienist is excellent. I had a mouth problem causing me a lot of pain. The pain seemed to relate to the gums rather than the teeth. I visited the dentist who poked and prodded all the teeth and checked the bite and checked for pain with a cold material. None of the teeth caused pain, it was general pain which I believed related to gums. As I was in constant pain which was keeping me awake the dentist prescribed anti biotic. The mouth improved some but was still uncomfortable. One week later I visited Mark. Within seconds he identified the problem. There was an area of gum which had trapped food. He cleaned out the debris and it immediately felt more comfortable and has remained so. He showed me how to clean that area which was not helped by normal brushing. Thank you Mark I will miss you.

As a new patient at the practice I have been extremely pleased with my decision. Mr Sherwin identified a number of issues with my teeth which had been unreported at my latest check up elsewhere. I was able to get all the remedial work done quickly. It was great to have everything explained so clearly, an approach I had found difficult to find elsewhere. Likewise, during the procedures I was kept updated on what was being done at each step. Mr Sherwin's approach inspired a great deal of confidence and reassurance. Overall, a really good experience and many thanks to the team at Brooklyn House.

We recently moved to the area and were fortunate for my husband, myself and two grandsons to be accepted by Brooklyn house. From the initial telephone enquiry to actually attending appointments, I was so impressed how friendly and helpful the receptionists have been. I was told by a previous dentist that 'nothing could be done', to improve how my teeth looked. I was totally aware of how awful they looked and accepted the fact reluctantly. However Mr Sherwin put in place a dental treatment plan, and although I have a few more appointments to go, the difference with my teeth has been truly amazing. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but this place goes above and beyond to put you at ease. The surgery is spotlessly clean and fresh. The receptionists are really helpful and friendly and my dentist Paul Bellis has been fantastic. After recently having a wisdom tooth extracted I cannot fault the aftercare I have received from the entire surgery. Whenever I have called with any issues they have managed to either see me the same day or squeeze me in early the next morning. I can’t recommend this dentist surgery enough!

All the staff here are absolutely lovely. The ladies at the desk are kind and friendly. My dentist yet again kind and caring whilst doing the work which was explained clearly. So thankful not only to have a dentist but to have a great dentist!

Absolutely great service. Gabriel is one of the most caring, sensitive and professional Dentists that I have seen. Explains procedures in a clear and kind way. Along with his team, you are cared for in a genuinely supportive environment, especially when you are a nervous patient and are helped to feel relaxed.

Had an emergency appointment with the dentist to sort out an infection. The clinic rang me and were very helpful and I was seen on time when I arrived. The dentist was excellent and gave me antibiotics. Just need to make sure you check your car in at reception if you park in their car park.

I had an emergency as my face swelled up and I was in agony and although you were very busy the reception got me a same day appointment for what turned out to be a root infection. So thanks for your help. It was most appreciated.
