Eversince I was a child I was afraid of the dentist. My dentist of many years had to retire due to ill health. I signed up with littlemoor dental surgery and I must say that my fear of dentist has disappeared thanks to Pawel not only is he a wonderful dentist but a very nice person who explains everything to you and has hands like feathers. Seen hygienist today. Did not see anyone for hygiene since lock down and my teeth were stained and full of plaque. She was fantastic and l came out looking as if l have had my teeth whitened. She was throughout thoughtful about the discomfort and also did a filling which l did not even feel. So glad l am registered with these š

Wonderful first appointment! Ian was very gentle and really took time to explain everything. I hadn't been to a dentist for 4 or so years due to a couple of bad experiences and Trigeminal Neuralgia and went on recommendation of a friend. I will definitely return!

I was recently introduced to Sturminster Dental Practice by a very good friend on mine John Durham, having been unhappy with the care I was receiving elsewhere. I have now had 3 visits to this practice and the care and attention has been excellent, it is not something I look forward too visiting a dentist but getting the service I have received has taken away any concerns

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldnāt find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guysā¦ I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the timeā¦ They really were excellent. Thank you DDCā¦ I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. Actually looking forward to visiting the dentist! That's a first!!

I have just had approx 20 crowns fitted to replace 40 year old ones which were looking unsightly. Needless to say this was extensive treatment and expensive, however Matthew is such a comfortable person to be with, he is so friendly and approachable, and really tried to make me feel relaxed.. my only negative was i felt bit ropey a couple of times and would have loved a quiet room to sit in for a while rather than the waiting room, but this is a lot to ask i suppose , especially in a small building. Staff are very helpful and friendly .I am so pleased with my new teeth š„°

I had an extremely bad experience as a child. This was my first trip to a dentist in 50 years. Matthew was extremely patient, calm and methodical and any anxiety was soon forgotten. It was a very positive and painless experience.

As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. Iāve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldnāt go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like youāre stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

Have been with Black Swan for at least 12 years. It canāt be often that people say they enjoy going to the dentist but I do. The team is welcoming and supportive. Procedures are clearly explained and why one needs them likewise. I canāt praise the whole team enough.

I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. I cannot imagine any of my previous dentists taking this amount of trouble. I feel confident in knowing that Ahmad and his team will always strive to choose the best treatment I need.

I recently attended Carlton Dental Practice for root canal treatment. Very few can say they enjoy going to the dentist, and in my case, my appointment was scheduled for 90 minutes. So, it was with some trepidation, that I presented myself to Dr Fahrad and his assistant, Kelly. 90 minutes has never passed so quickly, and at one point, I felt myself nodding off, such was the incredible standard of care that I received. Dr Fahrad has treated me before, and he is a consummate professional along with all of the CDP team.

Needed an emergency appt with a very unhappy tooth, I'm not the best patient when it comes to Dentists but I have to say the receptionist, the nurse and Andon were fantastic. A difficult extraction but he explained everything and I felt very much at ease, Andon actually made me laugh (which would never happen at a dentist usually!) I had broken tooth that needed extraction, I called here to inquire. Claire in reception was extremely helpful and when I told her that I would be a very nervous patient having not visited a dentist in years, she was incredibly mindful and caring, she booked me in with a dentist she felt would suit my needs best. Dr Fehrad was brilliant. Very patient and explained everything he was going to do. They even let me keep my tooth! I can't recommend them enough.
