Outstanding - Today I went in to the dental practice very anxious about having my molar tooth taken out. I had requested sedation for my extraction - I don’t even remember it coming out certainly the way forward if you are extremely anxious like myself. The communication, respect and care demonstrated by Hannah and her team is truly outstanding thank you for your care & patience today. 😊

I had an extraction at this practice, where I was sedated and numbed before the procedure. I was told previously by many different practices that they couldn’t do it due to the fact it was so complex. These guys were my last hope (unless I waited over a year for the hospital to fit me in) these guys immediately told me they could do it, how it would happen and gave me a date straight away. The date never changed and I was never pushed back (which is unheard of with my dental journey). I was also given plenty of reminders by them so I couldn’t forget about the appointment. When the day arrived I was extremely anxious however, as soon as I arrived I was calmed down and given peace of mind. The procedure was quick, painless and due to the sedation I didn’t even realise it was happening. I was then given an area to recover in post procedure and given the aftercare instructions which were easily understandable and reassured that if I had any concerns or worries I could contact them and they would help. I honestly couldn’t thank them enough!!

Really happy with this practice. I'm always very anxious when at the dentist. But the doctor, and the nurse who treated me were absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much, both of you, for making me feel relaxed. Always been weary, going to have dental work done. But I'll be more than happy going here in the future. Excellent!
