We have been patients at Ferndale House since 2003. My Husband is a very nervous patient, but has always felt comfortable with all the staff. Last week he had to have a large back tooth extracted. This was done by Ghazala, who was amazing. He was totally reassured by her, and was (almost) able to relax. The extraction was straight forward, and he has had no bleeding/pain post surgery. Ghazala saw him the week before and spent a long time going through everything with him. On the day she reassured him all the time. I can heartily recommend Ferndale House, Leo and all his colleagues.

Dr. Duran and the entire team at Ferndale House Dental Practice are kind, professional, and truly care about their patients. The Practice is beautifully presented, as are the state of the art surgeries with all the latest up-to date equipment. The dental treatments and the service provided by all the team is of a very high standard and they take pride in this. From routine cleanings to more involved high quality procedures one can feel reassured they are in very good hands. I have been with Ferndale House as my dentists for over 15 years and they have always been kind and explained everything that is happening. Leo and all his staff are wonderful, calm and patient. The one time I had an emergency they were so good at getting me in, seen and treated quickly. I would definitely recommend Ferndale, for both routine and cosmetic treatments.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ferndale dental practice. From the moment you arrive all the staff are friendly, courteous and very professional. The reception staff and dental nurses are always polite and welcoming and although I am not a nervous patient, I would imagine they are experts at putting the anxious person at ease. My dentist , Simon, is brilliant at discussing and explaining my treatment and is very respectful of my views as well. Also he is a thoroughly nice person which is always an added bonus. The environment is clean and inviting and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dentistry.

I've been Disabled from birth & have lived in Chesterfield nearly all of my 61 years. My walking has become more difficult of late & I had surgery on my spine last year. All I've ever known is that this world is designed by & for people who can get around under the power of their 2 legs. I'm finding that the signals to my muscles have all but stopped due to a narrowing of my Spinal Cord & my legs no longer work as they did (I usually use elbow CRUTCHES BTW). The dental practice I have used for the last few years is based in a building built before Building Regs included access for people with disabilities. Outside, is a tall step before you get to the door. There are two grab rails on the wall. I noticed that they have a ramp to help with access into the building, never realising that one day I'd need it. Today, I now need it. I need help! I just wanted to give a shout-out to Ferndale House Dental Practice as by doing what they've done, it's saying: "Can we help?" They are very good at what they do and value their patients who are customers too. So if you are a business owner or are involved in running one, please don't forget that your customers choose to put their money your way for a reason. Removing the barriers to accessing your goods & services says that you value all customers, not just those that can walk without difficulty. I want to be part of this world too. I'm so glad that Ferndale House Dental Practice allows me to receive the excellent services they provide. They literally put a smile on my face! Well done to all concerned!
