So impressed with my first experience at this dentist. The receptionists are very friendly and the waiting room has a calm relaxing atmosphere. After not going to the dentist for a while I was nervous as I knew I needed some treatment but the dentist made me feel so at ease and relaxed. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The receptionist are very friendly and helpful, the dentist I saw really made feel at ease. He explains everything simply and shows you your X-rays ect, he is the best dentist I have ever seen. He was very happy to answer my questions and offer advice.

From entering the surgery ,you are always acknowledged and welcomed by the fabulous reception team,who whilst very friendly remain polite and professional at all times. The waiting areas are very clean and tidy as is the WC. I appreciate having reminders sent via text when my appointments are due and the fact you try and fit patients in when there has been a cancellation . I work full time and this is always taken in to consideration when I book appointments. Leaflets are displayed in the waiting area which contain information on different dental procedures ,these are available for patients to help themselves to. My dentist Maria always explains things clearly before starting treatment. I am a very nervous patient and she is good at keeping me calm. I have undergone a lot of procedures lately from tooth extraction to having an inlay fitted and have been extremely grateful for the level of care shown by every member of the team Thankyou

Mr Bola recommended a small treatment behind my top front teeth. I had it done because I had ground my dentine away & my front teeth were virtually clear at the bottom. I’m so happy as it looks like I’ve got a new smile, my bottom jaw is having to sit further back to allow my jaw to shut. Mr Bola warned it might take 3 months to get used to it, or I might even want it removed, but no….I’m now thinking what other great work he can do without too much trauma. Thank you

Joined last year, just had my first filling with Sonam and Louisa. Not had a filling for over 12 years, so a little nervous. There was no need at all. So nice, caring and gentle. Constantly telling me what was happening next, was a comfortable, did I need a break. Probably the best dentist I have been to in 60 years. Would highly recommend.

Deepa was amazing! I cannot thank her enough for the work she carried out on my tooth as well as aleeza assisting ! Having to undergo an emergency treatment due to the pain I was in Deepa made it completely pain free and was so reassuring! She even offered to come in on her day off if I needed further treatment on my tooth. Thank you so so much!

I am an existing patient of Sonam who is a very professional dentist and is calm and patient as I am anxious. After an accident Sonam referred me to Chris Lee for dental implants. He was assisted by Abbie who helped a lot as she is very reassuring and helps to put you at ease.The treatment I received was excellent and the attention to detail and colour matching was just right.

Excellent service from ringing up to book an appointment through to treatment and leaving. I needed an urgent appointment and was not a patient, so to get an appointment on the same day was amazing. Appointment with the dentist was very calm and he talked me through my options and the treatment was excellent. Happy to be a patient. Good value for money.

Had a huge infected molar removed. First tooth out in my entire adult life so was very nervous but the dentist was great, very professional and friendly, explained everything clearly and involved in the treatment. I won’t lie it did hurt but dentist explained the infection meant it was hard for the anaesthetic to take. I’m very pleased to have found these dentists.

I cannot express in words how grateful I am to all at Rotherholme Dental Practice for all their care so far. Katie in reception is a joy as she is so friendly and professional. Ricky has been fantastic since my first consultation to date. I am part way through my treatment and I am delighted thus far. The time taken to explain each stage has been much appreciated. The practice itself is spotless clean, pleasantly decorated and they have parking at the rear. I’d highly recommend them.

I have to admit I was a little nervous about my impending wisdom tooth extraction, but what a professional, fast and painless experience it actually turned out to be, thanks to Ricky and his brilliant team! Ricky’s calming personable manner put me at ease as soon as I walked into the superbly modern surgery. I had already been walked through the process on a previous visit and Ricky’s supreme dentistry skill meant that the whole procedure was concluded in minutes, leaving me to exclaim ‘Is that it?!’. I have been at this dentist practice my entire life. Preeti and Ricky have completely transformed the appearance of the practice through renovation works to give it a very modern aesthetic. They have also created a very welcoming, friendly culture. I have seen them both, excellent dentists and very patient. Always happy to take the time to explain things and make sure you’re looked after. Highly recommend.

Saw Ross & Kat today for emergency dental treatment. I had severe toothache and Needed a back tooth pulling out and I was petrified. They were brilliant and so caring and gentle. Their attitude was total compassion and empathy. The reception staff were lovely and very informative . Absolute stars. I just wish I could give 6 stars. Thanks everyone

I’ve just had root canal treatment- not the best way to spend an hour, but the whole experience was so positive. I had absolutely no pain at all, the dentist was quick, totally professional and super careful. I can highly recommend him for anyone who needs that kind of treatment The dental assistant was lovely too. All in all, a very positive experience!

Charlotte has been my dentist for many years and is without doubt an excellent one with so much knowledge and experience. She is always so helpful and kind and takes time to give me the attention my teeth need when I’m ready for my appointment. Abi the hygienist is also so lovely and takes time and care with my teeth.

Only just joined from the other practice - so far, excellent in most respects. Reception staff nice and welcoming. The spiral staircase up to floor 1 might be a problem for some people, I was fine. Maybe there's a lift Treatment from dentist Jess Young was great as ever. Only minor niggle is to be asked to pay for work yet to be carried out in a further appointment. Not great. Despite this, I'd recommend this practice.

I was very impressed with my visit today. My appointment was to see the hygienist who put me at my ease straight away & had a very calming & friendly attitude. I normally get very nervous about going to any dentist as it’s usually a very painful experience. Transferred to Darren Bywater Dental Care after having an implant done there several years ago. Lovely team from the receptionists to my dentist, Natalie. Would highly recommend.

Went today to see Ana just for a six month check up. As usual she was professional, friendly and answered my questions to full satisfaction. She is always very helpful, gives useful advice and can put one at ease. All went well at reception too.

Having endured significant pain from one of my teeth, I was therefore delighted to request an emergency appointment, the following Wednesday was offered and taken. The decision was made extract the tooth, which was achieved under anesthetic, early days, but grateful for the speedy response.

Excellent service, and the receptionists and dentists are always friendly. The dentist always discuss the option before going ahead with the treatment, and also make sure that I am happy with it. The only downside to this practice is the parking space as it is too small, and it's very difficult to find space. Apart from that, great experience every time, so thank you.

Had my 6 monthly check up today and I must say I had the full works, Shahzad was very thorough indeed. Took the time to explain to me in detail what we was seeing on the xray and I felt very well informed and impressed with the service. Would highly recommend.

He was very welcoming and friendly, made me feel at ease, was very thorough with my history and examination, kept me informed the whole way through. Gave me some really good advice and tips.
