Absolutely fantastic service! We have Louise regularly, and she is just amazing. Very thorough and I love the special touches she leaves, like the lovely displays with our toilet rolls, reorganising items in our bedrooms/bathrooms so much better than I do, kindly moving and reassembling utensils/blenders from our kitchen drying rack saving me time!!...and to top it off, she's so lovely - always a pleasure when she comes over :) Very happy customers, Ana & Joe

I booked for a deep clean from A's Cleaning and I found the service really straight forward and professional, from the start of booking to final checks by the manager. I loved receiving a list of all the work to be completed and a final check up by the manager. The cleaners did a superb job! I will definitely continue to go back for future cleaning jobs!

A's Cleaning Maids did a superb job on a full-house clean. They were thorough, punctual and efficient and came back the following day to finish the job when it took slightly longer than expected. We will definitely use them again.

Sarah and her team were fantastic! From the beginning Sarah was communicative and helpful, and was so accommodating with a last minute date change. We booked a move in clean for a very old property that needed a lot of work to make it safe for a baby to live in, and Sarah was so diligent in the quality of the clean, coming back after the scheduled clean to finish bits off. So happy with the service and can’t recommend them enough. We won’t hesitate to use their regular clean service in the future. Sean and his team are very reliable and responsive to my emails and also did a great job of cleaning our windows, conservatory roof and gutter, as well as pressure washing our patio, which now looks great, and everything has been cleaned to a high standard! Would definitely recommend them, and use them again in the future.

Excel Cleaning flushed and cleaned our guttering. They showed us pictures prior to starting. They were professional and the job effective. We would not hesitate in recommending them.

We contacted excel at very short notice. They we very very accommodating And even moved some stuff around to fit our job in. They are very through, did a pre check made sure water pressure was ok and check the drive condition and advised from there. Arrived when they said they would and the pictures are a 1000 words. Driveway looks so so much tidier! Removed all the weeds and of oil staining. Just need to arranged to get it re sanded now (which they also do) Thankyou!

We have had a terrific window cleaning company for a number of years now ,called" EXCEL window cleaning"+ also provide other services, they are very reliable, Windows cleaned perfectly, in all kinds of English weather. I was very happy with Jon's hard work on my rather old and somewhat dirty oven which he left sparkling clean. Although I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment it was worth the wait and I was also appreciative of how Jon kept in touch with me prior to his visit. Highly recommended.

After a while of considering getting a new sofa due to multiple spillages over the years, and struggling to remove the stains ourselves, we decided to hire Alpha cleaning first to see if they could salvage our beloved sofa. The results in the photos speak for themselves! I couldn't believe how good it looked. The colour has been well and truly revived and the patches we hated so much have completely gone! We also had our carpets throughout the house cleaned and although they weren't particularly bad they look like they have a new lease of life. We thoroughly recommend their services!

Alpha came to my house today for an oven, hob and extractor clean. We moved to this new estate in March 2023, after almost 18 months of use the oven was a little over due! They provided a really professional service and Amy and Wes are lovely people too. The oven, hob and extractor look like they did when we moved in to our new build. They also had a spare bulb in stock too, ours had blown a few weeks ago. I really recommend them and have also requested some quotes on some carpet and upholstery! I have no hesitation in using them again. Thanks again.

I am so impressed with the job Mike did on my carpets and lounge suite - they were in such a mess but Mike managed to bring them back to life where they actually look new. I didn't think that would have been possible! Mike was punctual, professional, meticulous and very reasonably priced.

I can always count on Mike. Whether for end of tenancy carpet and sofa cleans, or for help in emergencies, he’s the best. Mike has a very nice manner and is reliable, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He most recently helped me with professional advice following tenant damage to sofa cushions. I was very appreciative of his technical assistance and his dedication to finding a solution. I would recommend Mike to landlords and homeowners alike!

I arranged with Mike a convenient date to clean the carpets in 2 bedrooms, a study, stairs & landing and lounge/diner. Mike arrived in good time on the day with professional cleaning equipment. Some of our carpets had inherited legacy stains from previous owners and Mike managed to remove these without issue. When the bulk of the cleaning was completed Mike went round spot-cleaning any persistent marks. Throughout the day Mike was happy to answer any questions I had. I will be calling on Mike again when the carpets next need some TLC.

Mike is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Not only did he do a great job of cleaning all our carpets for a very good price and leave them virtually dry, but he also cleaned a mattress for a small extra fee. We had struggled to find any company which cleaned mattresses, after one of our cats had a very copious 'accident' on our brand new mattress. Mike warned us that the mattress might need more than one clean as the liquid would have penatrated a long way inside but said he would come back to give it further treatments at no extra cost. The first attempt left it still smelling of 'cats' but Mike came back to perform a sanitisation (warning us that the residual smell of the sanitiser would be strong). He was right! It took about 6 weeks for the scent to dissipate enough to be able to use the mattress but it worked and we are now able to use our lovely new mattress again. Mike saved us a lot of money by not having to replace it. I would thouroughly recommend Mike Smallwood for carpet and mattress cleaning.
