Darren went out of his way to clean the carpets in a house I was moving into, giving up his own time to make sure they were done before I moved in, even taking his own hot water when there were problems with the boiler in the house! The carpets looked like new when I arrived, and Darren had even left me a Welcome to your New Home card and a bottle of wine. After a stressful few weeks that was such a thoughtful gesture - fantastic service by a genuinely lovely person. Highly recommend.
