Very impressed with the service we recently received at the branch in Folkestone. We had an issue which turned to be our error and not Johnson's at all! However, they were supportive and prepared to investigate. Debs ('Wonder Woman') deserves this title as she could not have been more helpful. Debs was patient, efficient and did her very best to try and sort everything out. She was still thoroughly decent when we realised it was our fault. Can highly recommend, and we are very grateful for the excellent customer service. Thank you to all who were going to investigate and especially to Debs for her time and effort.

Rachel and Debs, just stars at this dry-cleaners. Honestly don't know what i'd do without them. This diligent pair run such a tight ship, punching way above what i'm sure their basic job description requires.

Went in with 3 piece suit and two ties to the Folkestone branch of Johnson's The Cleaners Mentioned to Debs in the store that I needed my suit cleaning by Thursday at the latest as I needed it for job interview. I mentioned I had been made redundant. I said as aside I don't suppose you would clean it for free. Debs asked have you got any confirmation of the interview such as an email I did and after showing her the email Debs reduced the cleaning bill to just the 2 ties To say I was taken aback would be an understatement. Thanks Debs and Johnson's, made my day without a doubt.
