Unlike some other firms I reached out to, they were professional and forthright on our initial phone call regarding services, pricing, setting, expectations, etc. They arrived within 24 hours to clean my sofa and loveseat, and the technician stayed for quite a while. It was clear he was doing a thorough job, which showed through in the end result. No upsells or other sneaky fees. A great job all around and I'll certainly be calling again.
