At very short notice, I was given immediate interim cover. The process was smooth and the young lady who attended was superb. I cannot find a fault and am happy to recommend this service.

Used j & I cleaning about 8 months ago to clean our extraction in a commercial kitchen wow did they do a great job , had them back today to do the extraction , merry chef , flat grill and fryers , paid a lot of money for this and expected to be able to touch the equipment without getting dirty and greasy hands at least but this was not to be , so contacted the company and they sent someone back out to re clean parts , in this time while he was cleaning something on a piece of a equipment disintegrated as I don’t think he should have put it in water , after chatting with the office they sourced the part and paid for the part , the following week we were still having problems with the extractor so they sent someone else out and he was absolutely amazing , he fitted the part on the merry chef and sorted the extractor out which still had grease in it hence why it was still making a noise , this worker really redeemed the company and sorted every issue . We have had a few problems with our clean but I cannot fault the company on getting this rectified for us and it would not put us of using the company as sometimes things don’t go to plan but it’s how you handle these things and the company were amazing on this !

J & I Cleaning Services carried out an end-of-tenancy deep clean at my rental property in Ruislip on 30/8/24. Their team of four ladies worked industriously and effectively for three-and-a-half hours, leaving the house immaculate from top to bottom. We have our offices cleaned weekly and have been using Procare for a few years now. They are competitively priced and provide an excellent service. Communication is very good, if for example the cleaner cannot make a week they let you know in good time and reschedule to when it is convenient for us. They are also very proactive and check in with you every 3 months to make sure you are happy with everything. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent cleaning Management company! After many previous disappointments with other different companies, I am very happy we have found Procare. They have provided us with an excellent cleaner who is very reliable and does a wonderful job. The clinic is every morning smelling fresh and nicely clean.
