Me & My mum come here often and have used the laundrette as well as tailored our clothes. Staff are always lovely and welcoming and the laundrette is always clean. Always such great service and offer great prices for tailoring, they are also very quick when it comes to tailoring clothes and only take a few days at most. Always happy to come back & recommend to everyone!

My leather jackets need sleeve shortening. They all had zips at the sleeves. Job done to perfection. Looks amazing. Fast and good price. Happy with the rest of tailoring services.

Highly efficient and excellent service from the team at this laundrette in Hanwell. Clean facilities and spacious machines are great for big loads of washing. The dryers are also ideal for lots of bedding and dry items fully in 30 minutes! Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the coin op setup. I’ll be back until my new washing machine arrives.

The machines are efficient and have large capacities. Dry cleaning is quick and never leaves any clothes wet as well as having quite a few dryers for use. Service from the employee there is always great and has a range of services you can utilise from dry cleaning to altering of clothing. Overall great experience, will definitely be coming back

We moved to Hanwell 2 years ago. After some searching we discovered Coin Op and met Ahmed. Ahmed is wonderful! He's always cheerful, friendly and super helpful. He also provides an outstanding service and I know I never need to worry about any of my clothes. Recently I've been visiting frequently as our cat (the little devil, I've attached a photo) has been wetting our bed. The smell of the duvet is horrendous and it can be difficult to remove the cat pee. Yet everytime I've brought them to Ahmed it's been no trouble at all. Most recently, when visiting the shop, Ahmed presented me with a specialised duvet bag to carry the duvet in as he could see I was struggling to carry it around. Incredible thoughtfulness and kindness. Thank you Ahmed and the team, you are fantastic!
