I’ve been going to Lily’s for a while now. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They've taken great care of my clothes be it removing difficult stains or getting adjustments and I’m always pleased with the quality of service.

Decided to come here based on good reviews and because they replied to my message on WhatsApp. Their website mentions an express laundry service which includes wash, dry and fold. I messaged to enquire about price and they let me know £18.99 for small load, £24.99 for medium and £30.00 for large. We had time to go ourselves so decided to use their machines. They had small washing machines for £6 or large for £8 which we used and took 45 mins. The driers are £1 for 6 minutes and we only needed 36 mins for our large load (30 probably would've been fine also). They also sell washing powder for £1. Very friendly and helpful service, would come back again if we need.

Very good service and reasonably priced. I was very impressed with the results. I wanted the carpets cleaned for moving into my new house and the clean has given them a new lease of life that I don’t think they’ll need changing for at least a couple of years! Well worth the money!

As a landlord with a number of flats in Richmond/Kew I have really struggled to find a good reliable cleaning company to clean our flats either for end of tenancy cleans or after we have had builders in to a standard I am happy with. Thankfully I have now found Efficient Cleaning, I have used them a couple of times now and have been very pleased with the cleaning they have done. They are easy to deal with, good communication, turn up on time and do an excellent job. I will definitely be using them again.

Just had an end of tenancy cleaning with them with extra carpet cleaning. No extra fees and they did an excellent job! Absolutly professional! The flat looks 10x better than when we moved in. I have been using Miriam’s service for about a year now and we have fixed scheduled sessions. The cleaning is absolutely great and the deep cleaning is incredible specially Gislene in her team who is very detailed. Every person who visits is throughly trained and don’t need to be instructed except a few places to pay extra attention to.
