She was totally professional but also very easy to get on with, courteous, intelligent, funny and we ended up having hugely enjoyable and interesting conversations. She totally put me at ease in a somewhat unusual (for me) situation and also was very polite about the appallingly unclean and untidy state of my bachelor flat. She is a real gem and anyone fortunate enough to employ her in this job will be a very lucky person.
