If your dedicated lady is on holiday you would receive notifications well in advance. You'll be offered a cover lady if you wish. Communication is always clear and well timed. I've been using Home Star Cleaning for around 6 years now and have always found them to be excellent. The office is super efficient and always has my correct information and billing details, and takes note of any holiday requests that I don't need a cleaner for diligently. I've had a few different cleaners over this period of time as some have moved off to do other work. They've always been excellent and very professional. They do a really good job and leave my house looking pristine. I occasionally get emails informing me of a price increase, so that the cleaners can be paid a decent wage, which I fully support. Can't recommend them highly enough.
