Fergus and his team were absolutely brilliant! We first hired them for professional carpet cleaning after a recommendation from Sotheby’s Realty (which speaks volumes in itself). They were so friendly and easy to work with that we decided to use them for our end-of-tenancy cleaning as well—and they did a perfect job! Thanks to their work, we had zero deductions from our landlord for cleaning. Highly recommend them 100%!

Got my wedding dress cleaned and preserved here, and overall, I’m pretty happy with the experience. Ash is very communicative—he kept me in the loop every step of the way and made it super convenient by picking up and dropping off the dress. The dress came back looking spotless, so no complaints on the quality of the work. However, the service is definitely on the pricey side. I went for it because I wanted to protect my dress, but part of me is still wondering if this whole “preservation” thing is just another wedding industry add-on. Hard to know what it’ll actually look like in 20 years, and now I have a huge box to store somewhere. So, if you’ve spent a lot on your dress, it’s probably worth it—but be prepared for the cost and some doubts about the long-term value. Overall, I’d recommend them for the quality and service, just keep those things in mind!

I took my wedding dress to Nova Klean after seeing all the other great reviews and I can honestly say I was not disappointed. Ash was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable. He said the cleaning would take between 7-14 days but it was finished in 5! He also was able to deliver the dress back to me after the cleaning. Amazing service by Nova Klean, Ash is very knowledgeable and I would recommend this Dry Cleaners over and over again. My Canada Goose Coat was covered in mould before I took it to Ash due to damp in my property. Ash talked me through the step by step process he would need to take to restore the coat and was realistic with the results that could be obtained, including a mould treatment. Ash kept me updated with the progress and my coat was returned to me in amazing condition! I couldn’t be happier! My coat was in safe hands and the professionalism of this business was 10/10! Ash is amazing and thoroughly knowledgeable in how to tackle weddings dresses. My pronovias wedding dress had been stained by mud and wine - has come out immaculately clean. I don't know how Ash achieved the impossible but am astonished at results as did not expect the results, especially after the fact that it was put away for over 2 years. Collection and delivery made it ever so easy as I was not close to Nova Klean and came out of his way to fit a timeslot for me. Dress was in a state but am thrilled and wish Ash best of luck for the future

An awesome company! I am a property manager and have dealt with many cleaning companies in my time and they all let me down until I came across Glen. He was professional from the start, the only one insisting he needed to see the property before he could quote. I needed a flat cleaned to bring it up to standard to sell. He was honest about what was required, not the cheapest, but convinced me he would do a better job than all the others. He was right, the flat was transformed, the carpet looks like new, windows sparkling for photos and they even tidied it so it looked like something in a magazine! I would highly recommend Glen and his team, worth every penny.

Glen regularly carries out work both for our block of flats generally and for individual flat owners. He has a very good reputation. He has previously pressure cleaned our balcony etc. On this occasion he undertook replacing the pots on our balcony, which, having been there for over twenty years, were breaking up. These were huge pots and we could not have managed this ourselves. Glen has, as we expected, done a great job. He has re-potted the enormous plants in these and added pebbles on top. They look beautiful. He finally pressure cleaned the balcony again to leave the whole thing looking good. We would definitely recommend him.

We've used ADN Cleaning Services for a thorough cleaning prior to moving into our new flat, and we were very happy with the result! Everything was spotless and it was definitely worth the money. The only slight criticism I would have is that the information on the website when booking the service doesn't seem to contain accurate timings, and I was only informed on the day that the whole thing would take around 8 hours. So definitely double check timings with them! They were very responsive and friendly though when I called them back, so overall no big issue, and I'd definitely use them again!
