Forgot to leave a review but we used this company for our end of tenancy cleaning back in July 2024 (Team Stefan) and we had a great experience. The team were prompt and delivered an excellent experience. The team leader was good with keep me informed as I waited nearby and they were happy to have me review their work before the wrapped up. Reasonable price and impeccable work! When I moved in there was thick layer of limescale on the shower head which I thought was impossible to clean, and they cleaned it - made it look as good as new! I really cannot pick out one single bad detail of their work. Highly recommend!

We recently used Scrubs for an end-of-tenancy clean for our flat, and the entire process—from quotation to the job itself—was incredibly efficient and pleasant. The staff were super friendly, polite, and very attentive, ensuring we were satisfied with the results and returning if not. The cleaning was carried out to an excellent standard, with all areas of the property thoroughly cleaned—tackling spots we wouldn’t have managed ourselves. We were also kept well-informed throughout the process, thanks to Anca (the cleaning team lead) and the customer service team, who updated us on the booking details and the cleaners’ arrival and completion times. Overall, a really great experience—I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services!
