On Friday the 24th of May 2024 after using R. S. Quality Dry Cleaners (formally Du Cane Dry Cleaners in Tooting then Balham) for many, many years which is now a total of twenty five years altogether the reason on that particular date was clearly evident about why I continued to use them because I found out that after six, seven, eight and even NINE months after I had originally put the clothes in to just be there for several days and not several months Jinal and Imran told me that they had STILL kept TWO of my three piece suits and TWO suit jackets until I was ready to collect them after ALL OF THAT TIME with my first suit being put in the dry cleaners as long ago as August 2023 which I didn’t take out but should’ve taken out as a result that it kept slipping my mind because of all the personal problems I was going through at the time… I was SO WORRIED because I thought I had lost those suits and suit jackets forever and now I feel I’ve been given a second chance… It’s something (I WILL NEVER (EVER) FORGET!!!!!!!) From that moment in that day onwards until now which will last forever more after Imran told me what I NEEDED TO HEAR and after Jinal showed me what I NEEDED TO SEE they became my brother and sister INSTANTLY… And to top it all off my items of clothing were just as pristine as the moment I purchased them ALL in 2011, 2012, 2017 and 2019!!!! PLEASE USE THEIR SERVICES GUYS AND GALS!!!! I can assure you (NOW) that you won’t be disappointed!!!!….

I am frequentaly user of RS quality dry cleners would highly recommend them to others . I have been a custom ever since i move to balham area more than 5 years ago I used them for dry cleaning and alteration . I will also mention here the customer sevice of "Mr Shiraz" was brilliant .
