We’ve used Lakes builders for two jobs, a garage conversion with a small but complex extension and then additional internal improvements including new doors throughout the house. We received clear quotes and information at each stage, with excellent ideas given by Bill to ensure a seamless integration of the extension with the rest of the house. Lakes Carpentry and Builders have converted my garage into a room for my model railway layout. This work included moving a door, installing insullation, new floor, ceiling and walls. Building storage and a basebooard to build the tracks over. They have also built a new brick built shed and replaced the facia on the rear of the garage. I am very happy with their work.
