Can’t recommend Ben enough. Carried out a number of general carpentry jobs for us (including some very old and wonky stairs) And the quality and detailing achieved was better than I could have ever hoped for! Superb work, would 100% use again and recommend

Ben has worked for us for many years, undertaking panelling, building, cabinetry, flooring, and many other carpentry related works. He is very efficient, and the quality of his work is excellent, his attention to detail is 2nd to none and he often comes up with fantastic ideas too. Would definitely recommend him.

Ben recently built bespoke cabinetry for our fish tanks, with a matching fire surround. He listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve in terms of looks and practical access and gave a lot of thought to potential issues (e.g. the effect of water near wood) in developing the design. Whilst working he was friendly and kept things very clean and tidy. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend him and hope to book him for more projects in future.

I would like to say a big thank you to Stephan and his team from Lee Valley Carpentry for the amazing work they carried out on my house. They fitted nine doors, all the architraves and skirting through out. There is also a new glass staircase fitted, which is just stunning. Their finish is absolutely amazing, and they also offer aftercare for any faults spotted. He helped with ordering all the materials. His price is very reasonable, and his service is very good, very professional, and trustworthy. They are good at cleaning up after themselves, too. Excellent - would highly recommend! Stepan is a rare find - an honest, reasonable, hardworking, professional, experienced and knowledgeable nice guy with high standards, who owns/corrects any mistakes without any fuss. We've worked with many tradespeople through the course of our extension and renovation and we're most impressed by Lee Valley Carpentry and Joinery (my kids love him too)! We had no hesitation recommending him to my in-laws, where Stepan changed all their doors too.

Stephan built a customised cupboard to accommodate my mega flow and washing machine / dryer, as well as installing fire doors and creating a cupboard in the corridor for storage. He was diligent and fastidious in undertaking the work and also assisted in ensuring all the relevant materials were on site. He did a fantastic job and I would definitely use him again.

This is the second time I have used Boris and Gary, this time new they installed new fences and levelled off the garden. They look absolutely fantastic, really pleased with them, great quality. Excellent tradesmen. Listened to the work we wanted done and gave constructive advice. Work carried out to an exceptionally high standard and aftercare service has been 1st class following a small problem after a poor weather storm. Would certainly recommend and have already have a plan for them to undertake another project for us.

Gary and Boris have carried out a range of different work for us. They replaced our sofits, facias and guttering, fitted new internal doors and a double glazed front door and created a bespoke solution to affix a toilet to a wall. Their work has been of the highest quality and I would recommend them without hesitation. Their practical knowledge and ability to find solutions to difficulties was exceptional and they were professional and polite. They cleaned up more thoroughly after doing a job than I have ever achieved and they came when they said they would which is not so common at the moment. Thanks lads.
