We recently had our kitchen done by Simon and the team and we’re really impressed with the work and the outcome. Would highly recommend and use 3f2 again. 3f2 construction. Converted our loft, on time and within budget. We also required a large amount of maintenance and repair to happen at the same time as the conversion. Our party wall was fixed, finial replaced, house painted, windows repaired. Would highly recommend if you are thinking about taking on a loft conversion or any other builder works. Simon has installed our kitchen, fitted doors and made shelves and cupboard for use. We will be using his services again. Thank you

Simon completed our conservatory conversion to permanent open plan kitchen/dining/living space, along with creating a separate utility room. He coordinated all the additional trades and made sure everything was completed on time and to his high standards.
