I once walked past Tim’s business and he was making a lovely tree house for some lucky children. My son was needing a cabin bed to make the most of the space he has in his room and whilst I found a few around they were either too tall, too long or too flimsy. I approached Tim and showed him the design I was after but with some tweaks. He arranged a time to come round and measure up, making sure it’d fit and importantly fit up the stairs. We discussed materials and finish, as well as the nice touch of a small shelf for a nightlight, book and water bottle. Tim took the time to go over everything as well as suggesting varnishes etc. When it was ready Tim popped by and assembled it in the morning before my son got home that evening. It’s meant my son can now have his computer in his room for homework and gaming as well as the Xbox. There’s some nice shelves where he can put his books, Warhammer models and various bits and bobs. His desk chair can fit underneath, though he mainly uses his beanbag. You just can’t get that from a shop made cabin bed with the ceiling height he’s got. There’s some cable tidying to do! You can tell Tim loves what he does and takes immense pride in his work. I’m quite envious of him for that. When my son came home he was surprised by it and called me the best dad in the world. So thank you Tim!

An absolute pleasure to work with this talented tradesman. Tim came highly recommended and I can see why, his work was first class. There is no doubt in my mind that he 'loves his job' it shows in the way he goes about his work from the prompt initial consultation to finishing the project to an exceptionally high standard within the time frame discussed. We’re so delighted with the bed Tim built for Sophie, it is exactly what we wanted. It’s beautifully designed and constructed. Wardrobes look fantastic and fit perfectly! Oly’s attention to detail and workmanship is second to none! We worked with Oly on the design and look initially, he designed the wardrobes to fit through to the on-suite, as well as designing around the pocket door system. Highly recommended and will definitely use Legacy Bespoke again!

Oly fitted cupboards in our kitchen, office and living room which all look brilliant. He made them in three different styles and was able to accommodate all our requests, even as we kept changing them. On top of that, he is very friendly and good to chat with. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Oly fitted did a fantastic job fitting my new kitchen. He was on time each day and was very understanding when I had to delay the job by a few days. He made a very stressful experience a lot more tolerable and kept me sane! He always left the work space clean and tidy. He was also very good with the dog. We used Sean to fit our kitchen. Great workmanship, attention to detail is second to none. We had the wrong size door sent from our suppliers, we didn't have time to have a new one sent out so Sean cut it down to size and made it work, you would never know. We wouldn’t ask anyone else ☺️ We’ve had Sean do our fitted wardrobes,, fit new doors on existing cupboards, make shelf’s in a cupboard and fit our kitchen. Sean is amazing, professional, a perfectionist,realible and always thinks outside the box for new ideas you haven’t thought of.

Every room of our house has Sean’s magical touch in it somewhere. Jobs that you can’t fix with off the shelf DIY, this guy will prove to you why it should be done by someone who is great at what they do. Precise perfectionist! Sean takes a normal carpentry job and makes it his own for his clients. Little tweaks, attention to detail, clean and tidy workmanship and never once has he failed to deliver over and above what we’ve expected.

Sean designed and built our beautiful fitted wardrobes for our small bedroom a couple of years ago and we are still so glad that we asked him to do it. I was looking to book a benchmarking experience to do with my siblings and dad for his 70th. I couldn’t find anyone who offered this but after messaging a lot of paces, Ross was the only one who replied saying he would be very happy to help do this for us. Ross was incredibly helpful in organising this experience from the designs to the selection of wood and being so accommodating to the dates that worked for us. We did it over a weekend under his fantastic supervision and help who had everything planned out for us! I couldn’t recommend this any more. A brilliant experience, incredibly fun and came out of it with a beautiful bench.

So pleased I made a call to ‘Little Island carpentry’ last year. I hadn’t even looked at the website but I liked the company name….good enough reason! We soon found out that Ross is extremely personable and his work is immaculate. He takes such pride in doing things well and our hall cupboard looked really smart & tidy after he had installed shelving and built housing around the electric meter & fuse box. Recently he went above and beyond when asked to install new kitchen cupboard doors for us….We thought the carcasses would be ok as the apartment is fairly new. However it turned out they were all out of alignment due to initial poor installation. Many others may have covered this up…but not Ross…thankfully! He set to making everything right before fixing the new doors and now we have a brand new kitchen - it’s perfect in every way. Ross never complains and always looks for solutions. His knowledge and commitment to his work is outstanding He is also a genuinely nice person and I cannot recommend him highly enough - you won’t be disappointed.

Ross and Jack built our home ground floor timber frame extension measuring 10m x 8m. They were excellent from start to finish, communication and advice were given throughout and they are returning in October to fit the kitchen. We would recommend them without any reservation.

We have used Archer Carpentry for roof line changes and to fit our Handmade Kitchens of Christchurch kitchen. On both occasions Matt and his team were polite, on time, well organised and very quick and tidy. If there were any unexpected glitches Matt found a solution and fixed it without drama. I felt they were very fairly priced, honest and great people to work with. I would absolutely recommend Archer Carpentry and would definitely use them again.

Matt is one of the best, experienced carpenter's I've worked along side. Genuine and clued up on all aspects of carpentry.

We brought Danny in to sort out our under stairs area and turn it into useful and usable space, as well as boxing in the boiler and pipework in our utility room. Danny is a professional who obviously cares about providing customers with a top quality finish. He was courteous, respected our home, making sure he kept it clean and tidy throughout. There were a couple of minor niggles with the drawer closers, and Danny didn't try to shy away from these, sorting them out before requesting payment for the work. A top guy and we would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

Danny recently produced and fitted 2 built in wardrobes for our bedroom from scratch. He was professional throughout the whole process and the end products were to a very high standard. I'd highly recommend Austin Joinery and would happily use their services again

Daniel was brought in to fit my kitchen, he arrived promptly every day, the work area was left spotless at the end of everyday, any questions or query’s I had were answered and dealt with, I did not need to get involved with anything which was great! The kitchen was fitted to an impeccable standard and at a fair price. Any changes that I requested were made without hesitation. Top quality bloke who knows what he is doing, I would recommend him to everyone.

Mitchell O'born Carpentry did a fantastic job. Fitting very heavy doors upto 50kg with precison lining up the new to old hinge cutouts. 11 doors fitted in total all matching designs but varying in size and weight. He was extremely helpful in the consultation phase and I found him to be very trustworthy, polite and very clean. I'd like to point out his level of craft is top "notch" highly recommended.
