We chose AKT roofing as they were members of the NFRC Roofing Competent Person scheme so were guaranteed to use quality parts and self certify with Building Regs. Friendly, efficient service. Explained well what they were doing. Hardworking. Replaced our large flat roof within 2 days. Cleared all rubbish away leaving the place clean and tidy. Would recommend.

The team removed hip and ridge tiles , cleaned them for re-use and replaced a few slates. They did this very carefully. They took all the rubbish away and left us clean and tidy. Very respectful and polite. They worked very hard despite the extremely cold weather. We have used AKT Roofing in the past and would do so again, should we need a roofing company.

Adam was polite and friendly, and turned up on time. He provided a thorough inspection and detailed report on the condition of our flat roof. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, quick and reasonable quote with lots of detail, plenty of communication about the job start and then the job itself was simply magical, I dont know how they've done it but its almost impossible to tell that there were 2 chimneys there before. Our neighbour had their chimneys taken down by another company last year and its really unsightly where the chimneys were and we were expecting the same but our roof is now pristine. They are true craftsmen and obviously care about the work they do. Once the bill arrived it was exactly as quoted with no hidden extras and we wouldnt hesitate to use AKT roofing again or recommend them to anyone who'll listen.
