We’re so delighted with the bed Tim built for Sophie, it is exactly what we wanted. It’s beautifully designed and constructed. Tim is so efficient, skilful and tidy and clearly takes pride in his work. The price was really reasonable and Tim was very happy to listen to our ideas and adapt things accordingly. To top it all he is super friendly and lovely! Thank you, will definitely be in touch for future jobs and recommend to friends!

Timber Tim recently provided his one of a kind service with creating the decked veranda that we were in big need of, following build works to our home. He made the entire experience from start to finish exceed all of our expectations. Tim as a person is a rare find in the world we live in, and his workmanship is second to none, alongside his understanding of our situation and set up was extraordinarily kind and accommodating. We are beyond happy with what Tim has created and recommend him very, very highly with any timber needs, requirements and potential designs. We cannot thank you enough!

I once walked past Tim’s business and he was making a lovely tree house for some lucky children. My son was needing a cabin bed to make the most of the space he has in his room and whilst I found a few around they were either too tall, too long or too flimsy. I approached Tim and showed him the design I was after but with some tweaks. He arranged a time to come round and measure up, making sure it’d fit and importantly fit up the stairs. We discussed materials and finish, as well as the nice touch of a small shelf for a nightlight, book and water bottle. Tim took the time to go over everything as well as suggesting varnishes etc. When it was ready Tim popped by and assembled it in the morning before my son got home that evening. It’s meant my son can now have his computer in his room for homework and gaming as well as the Xbox. There’s some nice shelves where he can put his books, Warhammer models and various bits and bobs. His desk chair can fit underneath, though he mainly uses his beanbag. You just can’t get that from a shop made cabin bed with the ceiling height he’s got. There’s some cable tidying to do! You can tell Tim loves what he does and takes immense pride in his work. I’m quite envious of him for that. When my son came home he was surprised by it and called me the best dad in the world. So thank you Tim!

Tim built us this amazing shed extension onto our existing summer house. The picture doesn't do it justice but it's basically bomb proof! He opened up the summer house so we can use the additional space for shed stuff, and put up a new internal insulated wall. His craftsmanship is top notch and he worked very hard. Thanks Tim!

Ben was fantastic. We sent a rough drawing of the bookcase we wanted and photos of the room, Ben came round to take measurements and sent through a quote within a few days. Ben was incredibly respectful of our home and despite the type of work, at the end of every day the room was very clean and tidy. The job took at few days and the craftsmanship/precision was perfect. The outcome is better than we had hoped and we receive compliments anytime anyone new comes to visit.

What can I say, Ben is breath of fresh air in the construction industry. Having been let down by others and on a critical timeline to complete my project I found Bens details and contacted him as he was local & explained the situation. Ben said he would look at what he could to help and juggle his workload and would get back to me later that day & he actually did! Agreed a date, agreed a price. He turned up on the agreed day and even had the decency to call and say he was running a little late. He came in did the work to a fantastic standard, worked flat out, cleaned up after himself & was polite & professional at all times. Ben came to fix two doors which were not closing properly and a large headboard which had come off the wall. This was not a major job for him but he was efficient and did an excellent job. He left the rooms spotlessly clean and was a really nice person to deal with.

Simon completed our conservatory conversion to permanent open plan kitchen/dining/living space, along with creating a separate utility room. He coordinated all the additional trades and made sure everything was completed on time and to his high standards. 3f2 construction. Converted our loft, on time and within budget. We also required a large amount of maintenance and repair to happen at the same time as the conversion. Our party wall was fixed, finial replaced, house painted, windows repaired. Would highly recommend if you are thinking about taking on a loft conversion or any other builder works. Simon has installed our kitchen, fitted doors and made shelves and cupboard for use. We will be using his services again. Thank you

Jonny turned an unusable roof terrace into an absolutely beautiful outdoor entertaining area. His skills were second to none and a pleasure to work with. He wasn’t satisfied with the job until I was and never said no to anything! 5 stars was an understatement. We’ll be working together again for sure. If it’s carpentry/ outdoor kitchens you’re after, you’ll be silly not to give him a call.

Highly recommend Jonny. His work is brilliant, he is reasonably priced, punctual and polite. He recently built a cabinet and shelves for me from scratch and the results are fantastic. We spoke briefly about what I wanted to achieve, and he immediately came up with recommended solutions and then smashed through the work. Anytime I need carpentry services in future, I will 100% be phoning Jonny, which is probably the best thing I can say!

Jonny fitted nine doors at my house last year. Firstly he is a really nice guy, secondly he is a good carpenter, and lastly nothing is too much trouble. For example I wanted to instal the old doors at my daughters and Jonny took them all over there for me in his van. I was very satisfied with the workmanship, he has the right tools, knows how to use them, and the end result has lifted the whole house. He did most of the cutting outside to reduce the dust inside, but hey its wood working and it makes some sawdust. I thoroughly recommend Jonny, he has good attention to detail, cleans up after himself, will happily adjust anything once it’s fitted, and his prices are competitive.

Churchview were recommended by the builder of my beach hut. He is very aware of the harsh environment being by the sea, but recommended Churchview doors and windows as being up to withstanding the weather as well as being beautifully made and finished. The order was fulfilled quickly and I was very excited to see the finished results installed. The finish is superb, the mechanisms are excellent. They have transformed my hut into beautifully finished, light filled space which I can’t wait to enjoy.

This was my first experience of Churchview Joinery and was the result of a very positive recommendation from another commercial company. It was very clear from the outset that they cared about what they do! Their attention to detail was a particular strength and they were able to refine my design to help me achieve what I wanted from my project. After struggling to find a solid, well made Victorian style door we decided to investigate the option of having one made & Churchview were recommended to us. We went along clutching a rough drawing of what we had in mind & Karen & Phil were so helpful. They guided us on types of timber, sizing, decorative beading, weather boards, paint & more. They even gave us a tour of their factory showing us the whole production process. Nothing was too much trouble & Karen was always quick to respond to any Qs & communications. Not only did Churchview make our door but they also spray painted our choice of colour. The door quality & finish is amazing. Really beautiful. We are thrilled with the end result.

Phil and the team were professional and did an incredible job building walls for an exhibition for us. They created an invisible door as well and the finish of everything was beautiful. It was a particularly hard space to install walls in but they managed to comply with all the safety requirements and were innovative in their approach, using powerful magnets as opposed to securing the structure by drilling into the existing walls. They were also very friendly, tidy and quick to respond. We will definitely work with them again and would recommend the team highly!
