We had heard about Ten Steps but it is hidden away a little, but we found it eventually and we are so glad we did. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The food from a snack to a meal was really good. It was nice to have something a little bit different. We will definitely be back. Make the effort to find it, you won't be disappointed.

I've worked at the Waterfront for 18 months and never been in here until this week. I really fancied a cheese toasty for lunch and a colleague recommended coming here. I had a triple cheese toasty with nachos and chilli jam to take away and it was amazing! A great portion size and sooo tasty. It's a lovely coffee shop with a nice atmosphere and great service. I will definitely now be making more visits here when I'm in the office!

This is the very definition of a hidden gem. Only a couple minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Merry Hill Centre, you find this peaceful haven. If you're nearby, I'd recommend that you treat yourself, I bet you deserve it. The coffee is beautiful and the food is sublime. The staff welcomed us as we entered the shop and was very patient with my partner who just could not decide on what she wanted. There is out door seating, of which we partook. I was able to watch the canal boats sail by as I sipped on my delicious latte. Highly recommend you visit.

Ten Steps Coffee popped up on my socials recently so after stalking their profile and watching their lovely funny videos just had to check it out. The food was absolutely delicious, the tastiest breakfast I’ve ever had. The coffee was banging 👌🏼 had the pumpkin spiced latte. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, wonderful place to relax and enjoy great food and coffee. Will be coming back again soon 😊

Lovely cafe, very clean inside, hand sanitizer on every table, good socially distanced tables. Lady who served me was very pleasant. Only had drinks this time but will definitely be visiting again.

Visited here due to excellent reviews and it did not disappoint. You order via app and table number or via self service at the counter. Staff very friendly and welcoming ;-) To note the coffee is delicious yet can be strong, I have to be wary of coffee strength. Therefore I chose a coffee, unbeknownst to me it was high in strength. Thank you to the lovely, incredibly helpful and informative Robyn. She kindly explained all coffees and what best to order next time. You can purchase coffee bags also. The coffee is unique yet the best I have ever tasted, absolutely delicious. I tried a filter coffee. Lovely menu of coffees, Matcha and smoothies. Pastries and sandwiches available. Lovely and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you Robyn & Matt, definitely visit again. * To add to this review - we have visited on more occasions and experienced a wonderful service. The warm welcome on arrival, answered my questions on allergies and coffee strengths, absolutely superb. My daughter has tried the different Matcha’s, now her firm favourites. A lovely welcome from the owners, very attentive to all customers. Great to see. A lovely & relaxing atmosphere. * Shropshire definitely needs a Black Sheep Coffee, great if it was Shrewsbury ;-)

There are many places in Merry Hill to stop for a coffee with lunch/breakfast and through trial and error we landed in this lovely venue. We come here at least once a week and it’s our favourite place to combine doing some work on the laptop with grabbing a bite to eat with an iced/hot coffee. The staff are all warm and welcoming, thanks to the atmosphere created by the manager Aaron. Highly recommended for any breaks in your shopping day.

I genuinely love this place, coffee's great and the staff are cheerful. The food is generally great too. Today I had to laugh at this breakfast bap though! Tasted good but where's the rest of it?

At Black Sheep Coffee, we tried the **Pistachio Latte**, finished with a swirl of whipped cream and a drizzle of pistachio syrup, and it was absolutely amazing! The hot pork and beef sandwiches 🥪 are to die for definitely the best I've ever had. And i came all the way from PERU 🇵🇪 😍 🤣🤣 just tried the quice it had the same effect as viagra 🤣🤣🤣 honestly guys and gals the food from this place is second to none YOU MUST TRY IT. It's all freshly cooked and from organic produce. The staff are absolutely fantastic you tell them how you want your sandwich and they do it with LOVE ❤️. I highly recommend this beautiful shop they are out of this world 🌎

Excellent pork and stuffing sandwiches. Lots of other options as well such as cakes, breakfast and sandwiches all at reasonable prices.

Brilliant cafe. Love that they use the pork sausages from scrivens and don’t use any cooking oil for breakfasts. Good for my carnivore diet. If only they did bacon rashes instead of the strips other than that top quality. Also eggs are free range and orange yolk

First visit yesterday. The place had a constant flow of customers who were efficiently served with excellent food from an equally good selection. I can see why this is a well established and popular place.🙂

What a Diamond of a Café. Travelled up to Ley from Bath with my Son & thought we'd grab a Fry Up on route Home seeming still only 10.30am. Honestly Cannot Fault the Service & what lovely People. The Fry Up came out super quick & was Perfect, they make a decent Cuppa Tea & the Price was less than Half of what we'd have Paid for a Cheap Brekky down in Bath. Only issue was there's No Toilet available but it's only a Small Cafe so I took a quick Walk over to the Service Station opposite which wasn't an issue. Highly Recommend 😁

Amazing Food and Wonderful Service! The food here is absolutely incredible — so flavorful and fresh every time. The staff are fantastic, but a special shoutout to Jo, who has served me multiple times with such a warm smile and friendly attitude. Jo always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend!

Went to Napoli in the food court in Merry Hill Centre. Served by Jo, who was very friendly and polite, great service. Had the pepperoni pizza special with garlic bread and spicy fries.... bangin! Well priced and good portion size.

I was served by Jo tonight and she was so warm and patient - quick service and the pizza was honestly gorgeous. best pizza I’ve ever had and Jo’s service topped our experience off. Will definitely be returning and hopefully she is serving us again :)

Tried Napoli for the first time today...the Margarita pizza was absolutely delicious, made fresh when ordered. Jo was absolutely lovely, very patient with us and very lovely to speak to, very professional. Definitely recommend.

First time eating here, took my 2 year old son after soft play. Got a pork sandwich for £2.80, unreal value for money. All staff were so friendly and even offered my son some pork in gravy to go with his meal. Proper cafe.

There isn't many cafes existing today that keeps it traditional like Sarah's Diner! An ex truck driver who knows what a proper English breakfast is and should be! These "new" cafes that are popping up all over the place will always come secobd to a place like this! Perfect portions and value for money and all meat supplied comes from a local farmer! Don't knock it when you see it, go inside and let the food do the talking! You will not be disappointed in the slightest!

The best cafe I've ever been in anywhere. Not only is it extremely good value for the size of it, the food is freshly cooked and of the highest quality. No supermarket basic or wholesalers basics the staff and owner are friendly and eager to please cooking to your requirements. Sarah the owner will put on specials that she has personally cooked. My favorite is her Shepard pie. I defy anyone to go anywhere and buy one that could be better I have tried even M&S and they nothing in comparison. Sarah if you ever sell I will be mortified.
