Ben from SanifSolutions was brilliant. With the problem I had when I was at home alone he was calming and patient talking to me on the phone giving me instructions what to do before he arrived. He was efficient, polite and understanding. The cistern was replaced and I can thoroughly recommend this company. The office member of staff was very efficient.

I had a problem with my toilet in that the flush button on my cistern was no longer working and therefore the water continued to flow and I had no way of stopping it.
