Excellent service! Kris was very knowledgeable and professional and responded to our initial query very quickly, identified the problems with our old boiler straight away and explained everything. He came out a few days later to fit our new boiler and fitting ran smoothly. Overall really happy with the service provided and would highly recommend!

Kris was extremely professional and delivered a fantastic service. He took videos to help explain the fault with our boiler and provided us with different options that would support varying budgets. We had to rearrange our installation at short notice due to a sickness bug in our home and Kris was understanding and came at the next available opportunity. The new boiler installation was seamless and all the relevant paperwork was sent over to us the following day to verify the installation and warranty. Highly recommended!
