Johan provided a top rate service. He restored our broken Futon Company oak sofa bed back to full working order , which was not an easy task. Johan is very friendly and very skilled both in finding solutions and in the quality of his finished work. I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Johan regarding boxing in my old fireplace and making a bespoke stud wall to cover under the stairs and create a media section. He was extremely professional, kept me upto date on times and days and discussed design ideas taking onboard my needs. The finished products exceeded all my expectations, the craftsmanship was simply superb and the cost was extremely reasonable, given the attention to detail, and skills involved. If you want a professional job then I would highly recommend Johan. I'm definitely retaining his number for future works.

I chose Johan because of his great reviews - and they are all well deserved. I needed a new front door fitting into the existing frame with new fixtures and fittings. He did a brilliant job, despite the frame not being exactly square. He was prompt, reliable, skilled and knowledgable, and he kept me informed of everything he was doing. Highly recommended.

Johan was very prompt in responding to my request and skilled in many areas. I requested him to decorate my downstairs loo. He made me a bespoke boxing in of pipework which was removable incase of any future plumbing problems, with tiling and decor. I was pleased with all his work and although I thought his day rate was high once I considered the skill and time involved I realised this was a fair price for the work undertaken. He did also give me a time frame in which it would be completed minimum to maximum which is unusual for workmen. This took him 2 days and am pleased with the result.

Tony was amazing all round and takes real pride in his work. First contact and communication spot on. We had a garage conversion replacing the garage door with a patio door for a child’s playroom. Tony bricked up part of the door and installed a patio door with damp proof. The job was that that good we had him back to plaster the entire garage. He did a fantastic job and very cost effective, he is a true tradesmen and not many alike. We have recommended him to our friends and family and will continue to do so and we with have him back for future works.

Very happy with the work completed by Tony. I needed my whole chimney breast replastering due to the previous owners doing a poor job of boarding up the fireplace and plastering over the top of it. Tony's expertise in this area meant I was able to avoid future hassle by highlighting what needed doing, including adding a vent to the boarded up fireplace to give it decent air flow to avoid a build up of condensation. Tony was punctual, professional and didn't mess around with getting the job done to an incredible standard. Would highly recommend T H Building and Plastering, and would definitely use again.

Great service. Very good carpentry work. Fitted for locks to 4 interior doors and they’re absolutely bang on. Would highly recommend, not only great workmanship but very competitively priced and came out extremely quickly. Also, it was a nice thought to have videos of all the door locks mechanism working

Peter has done a superb job plaster skimming our downstairs toilet and back porch ceilings. He's also fitted skirting boards in our kitchen.
