I visited here for the first time today for shellac nails & an eyebrow wax ahead of attending a wedding tomorrow. I am so happy with both, I can't stop looking at my gorgeous nails. And my eyebrows have never looked so good! Gillian is lovely and welcoming, it was very relaxing and professional. The wax used for me was a beautiful lavender scented one. Really nice, relaxed experience. I will definitely be back! Also Waxville Beauty is in a great location, so close to the station, & plenty of parking. Very reasonable prices too, for top quality care and products.

I had a Luxury Shellac Pedicure. I have very troublesome dry hard skin but Gillian really sorted it out. Nails looks amazing, gorgeously painted and feet feel great. Gillian is very kind, considerate and really easy to talk to. I felt super comfortable and am very happy with the service. Will be coming back again. Recommend without any reservations.

had a lash appointment today with millie. i'd had a really awful experience at another shop in town and am going on holiday tomorrow, she made me feel so much more at ease about the situation and reassured me i had every right to be upset. she took off the extensions and re did them for me all for about £45 which i thought was really reasonable and affordable. she kept checking up during the appointment asking if i needed anything, or if i needed to get up and move at all, it felt like high quality service and worth so much more then what i paid. the lashes look amazing and feel amazing, no irritation. thank you so much for the lovely experience, highly recommend :))

Never had a bad haircut there. Quick and efficient only problem is no appointments so have to wait. Daily newspapers available.

Fantastic barbers, been using this one for around three years now. One man band so no concern over getting the sub par barber, great customer service, gets to know his customers so always something to talk about (fly eagles fly). New covid measures, all seating is segregated by screens. Cannot fault

Joe is a great, friendly guy who takes pride in his work. I am yet to find anyone that cuts my hair as good as Barber Joe’s. The wait times can be quite long. But, as impatient as I am, I always come back because he is simply the best.

I’ve been a customer of the Salon for years, in fact since the day they opened. I woulda’t go anywhere else for my hair cutting, colouring. I trust Michelle implicitly and was shocked to see such a negative review from a previous client. All I can say is the client must have been having a bad day. I have my nails, eyebrows and massages done with Fran also all of which I can honestly say is always done to perfection. I've been going to The Salon for years and Michelle and her team have never failed me. I've used other salons in the past (many years ago) and they weren't a patch on this salon. Ellie is great. Always does my hair exactly how I've asked and always love the results. The hairdressers itself is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. All the staff are lovely and welcoming and there's always a lovely chilled atmosphere. She also cuts my daughters hair and she's great with her.
