It’s been 10 days since I had my hair colored, and as I mentioned in my initial review, the team at Urban Roots is absolutely professional and incredibly kind. Ashleigh was the one who did my hair. Before the coloring, a patch test was conducted. Initially, I wasn’t completely satisfied with how the color turned out, but now, on day 10, the color looks even more beautiful. Most importantly, my hair hasn’t been damaged at all. I truly want to thank Ashleigh and the entire Urban Roots team!

10/10 ⭐️ Took my mom to this salon, and we had a great experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed and offered a drink. My mom had a cut and blow dry booked in with Summer, who was absolutely lovely—she made my mom feel really comfortable and did an amazing job. Her hair looks so much thicker and beautifully styled! We’ll definitely be coming back. A really great salon with fantastic service!

From the moment I walked in, he made me feel so comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted. His attention to detail and expertise were evident in every step of the process. Just had my second visit with Ashley and she's done another great job on my hair. She is hard working and always efficient with her work. Iv been really happy with the colour, cut and the excellent service. The salon has a relaxed and friendly ambience. A returning customer after 8 years and I don't know why I picked anywhere else. This will be my go to place now.
