I visited JBH for first time in November 2024. I had a complete restyle I had very long hair down to my bum and it was damaged on the ends from bleach. I'm a very nervous client as I take pride in my hair. I had the lovely Erin for my appointment she gave me a beautiful restyle and made me feel so at ease so much so I have a new hair stylist I live in Wolverhampton but I am more than happy to travel down for Erin to do my hair! Absolute gorgeous salon and pleasant staff.

Sophie was excellent with my hair and was very friendly, makes you feel very comfortable! Thank you for awesome hair which is long lasting!

My appointment was with james g and my daughters with trearna at the edgbaston salon.I absolutely love my hair and so did my daughter. Both of them are brilliant at what they do and they go out there way to give you the best experience. Staff are very polite and welcoming. We both love our hair and will be visiting back. I would definitely say come and check them out you won't be disappointed.

5 stars all around! I’ve been going to Erin at James Bushell for some time now, and on every visit I leave feeling incredible. She is not only insanely talented but also SO lovely, personable and friendly. Erin takes the time to really get to know me and my hair, ensuring she understands exactly what I want. She CONSISTENTLY nails my short blunt bob; it’s always precise, sharp and absolutely perfect when I leave the salon. I genuinely feel like I’m in the best hands with her, and her attention to detail is unmatched. Beyond her skills, Erin creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. She brings awesome energy to every appointment, while still being completely professional. I always leave the salon feeling amazing and can’t recommend her highly enough! Absolutely loved my cut! I have thick short Asian hair and have struggled to find someone to be able to manage a cut to accommodate my needs I was booked with Treana, and she helped me so much after I'd visited a different salon weeks before and didn't get a suitable cut. My hair was fixed and rectified and exactly what I needed. There is limited parking outside but there are nearby places to park at a cost. The cost of my cut was fair, I booked online, the time taken was also very reasonable when others have taken much longer. The team here are talented and trained very well, which can be seen in the result of my cut
